Now is the appropriate time for citizens in the audience to be recognized and to speak on items both on the agenda and of general concern for them as citizens of Green River. There will be a limit of three (3) minutes for each individual and five (5) minutes for a group spokesperson. No speaker shall speak more than twice on any issue.

A.
REAPPOINTMENT OF MICHAEL BROWN TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
Mayor Rust recommends the reappointment of Michael Brown to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a three year term ending August 31, 2020.

Suggested Motion:  I move to confirm Mayor Rust's appointment of Michael Brown to a three year term on the Green River Planning and Zoning Commission, concluding August 31, 2020.

A.
Consideration to Accept the Angel of Hope Statue Donation
An Angel of Hope statue was purchased with monies collected by a group of individuals who have requested the City accept the artwork as a donation to be placed in the cemetery.  This would be 1 of 120 statues that have been placed throughout the United States with the intentions of providing peace and hope to parents as they work through the grief of the loss of a child.

Suggested Motion: I move to accept the donation of the Angel of Hope statue to be placed in the Riverview Cemetery.
B.
CONSIDERATION TO AUTHORIZE ADVERTISING AN INVITATION FOR BID FOR THE SALE OF MUNICIPAL PROPERTY
To authorize staff to move forward with the advertisement of an Invitation for Bid for the sale of municipal property - Lincoln School Addition, Tracts B and C. 

Suggested Motion:  I move to authorize city staff to advertise the Invitation for Bid for the sale of Lincoln School Addition, Tracts B and C.
C.
Consideration of Award of Task Order 9 to Inberg Miller Engineers for Materials Testing Services for the Northside Lift Station Replacement Project
On February 3, 2015, Council approved a Master Service Agreement with Inberg-Miller Engineers to provide Geotechnical Engineering and Materials Testing Services for City projects on an On-Call basis.  The Engineering Division has negotiated Task Order 9 for materials testing services related to the replacement of the Northside Lift Station.  Task Order 9 ($4,200) will provide materials testing services for the lift station.

Suggested Motion
: I move to award Task Order 9 to Inberg Miller Engineers for Materials Testing Services for the Northside Lift Station Replacement Project in the amount of $4,200.

Approval of Mutual Aid Agreement with Town of Granger

Suggested Motion: I move to approve and have the Mayor sign the Mutual Aid Agreement between the City of Green River Wyoming and the Town of Granger for the exchange of Emergency Response.

B.
ISSUANCE OF A CATERING PERMIT TO THE WILD HORSE INC, DBA THE HITCHING POST RESTAURANT & SALOON
Suggested Motion: I move to approve the issuance of a catering permit to The Wild Horse Saloon dba, The Hitching Post Restaurant and Saloon to cater alcoholic beverages at the Wyoming Range Management Conference on September 12, 2017, from 4 pm to 9 pm, at the Island Pavilion.
