Gabriel R Wright, age 26, of Green River was arrested on 1/30/13 at 10:46 pm on S Wagonwheel Drive for Domestic Battery and Felony Interference with a Police Officer. Officers were dispatched to an address on S Wagonwheel Drive regarding a suicidal subject. When officers arrived they found Wright sitting on the kitchen floor. Wright stood up and tried to punch one of the officers on the face. He struggled with the officers, assaulted them and tried to resist their efforts to place him under arrest. Wright was finally taken into custody. Subsequent investigation showed Wright had assaulted his girlfriend and she ran to another apartment to escape from Wright.
Miranda F Falo, age 33, of Green River was cited for Littering on 1/30/13 at 12:48 pm on Monroe Ave. An officer observed Falo throw a lit cigarette from her vehicle onto the street. Falo was stopped and cited for the violation.
Officers were dispatched to McKinley Street regarding a despondent female. The subject was contacted and a family member transported her to the hospital for evaluation.
Officers took a report of an attempted Fraud on Fox Hills Drive when the victim advised someone was trying to use her personal information to obtain a credit card. The investigation is ongoing.
