Connie F Hanks, age 55, of Green River was arrested on 2/4/13 at 10:40 am on S 4th W on a warrant out of Municipal Court for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Shoplifting. Officers were aware of the arrest warrant for Hanks and contacted her at her residence. Hanks was taken into custody and transported to jail without incident.

Officers took a report of a Grand Larceny on Virginia Circle when the victim advised she had jewelry valued in excess of $1000 stolen from her residence. The investigation is ongoing at this time.

Officers investigated a crash at the Uinta Loaf and Jug parking lot when a vehicle driven by Kimberly Kellum backed into a parked vehicle owned by Leslie Stallings. No injuries were reported and damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each.

Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents by witnessing client’s drug test on Commerce Way.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Davy Crockett Drive with an 87 year old male that has a history of medical problems.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Evers Street with a 59 year old patient having difficulty breathing.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Logan Street with a 91 year old female who complaining of pain in her right arm and throat.

Officers responded to a report of Disturbing the Peace on E Flaming Gorge Way; the vehicle playing loud music was gone when police arrived.

Officers responded to a report of an intruder on Mansface Street; the residence was checked and the report was unfounded.
