A Stalking report was taken on Wilkes Drive when the victim advised she is receiving threatening telephone calls from a woman in Texas. The investigation is ongoing.
Officers investigated a report of Suspicious Circumstances on Pheasant Drive when the victim advised someone is “spoofing” her home phone number to try and defraud people out of money. The victim said she had several people call her number stating she was calling them trying to get them to repay a loan they had never taken out. The victim stated no one from her home is calling anyone about a loan. The victim said she would change her home number.
Timmy W Lee, age 46, of Green River was cited for Passing a School Bus on 4/20/13 at 8:48 am. The citation was issued after an investigation into a complaint from a school bus driver. A video of the incident was reviewed and Lee was contacted by an officer. Lee admitted to passing the school bus unintentionally.
Officers investigated a crash on N 1st E when a vehicle driven by Kenneth Tucker backed into a car owned by Donald Ruess. No injuries were reported and damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each. Tucker was cited for Inattentive Driving.
Officers responded to a complaint of disturbing the peace on Bridger Drive. The officers contacted the person from where the noise was occurring and were advised she and the child are in the apartment for the second night and the child is having problems adjusting to the new environment.
Officers responded to reports of gas drive offs at the Maverick Station. The vehicle owners were contacted and they advised they would return to pay for the fuel. The Maverick workers advised one of the parties’s returned and would advise if the second did not return to pay.
Officers responded to a third party report of a woman screaming at a residence on E Teton Blvd. The residence was checked and the woman at the residence said all was well and she was napping at the time of the complaint.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Wilderness Trail with a subject who reportedly had fallen from his wheelchair. A neighbor had already assisted the victim prior to ambulance personnel arriving.
