Hayden Gardner, age 21, of Green River was arrested on 3/9/13 at 12:54 am on Tennessee Drive for Domestic Battery. Officers were called to a domestic dispute and subsequent investigation showed Gardner has assaulted his girlfriend and his mother. Gardner left the residence prior to police arriving and later called police to turn himself in. Gardner was taken into custody and transported to jail.

Officers took a report of Unlawful Use of a Credit Card on Locust Street when the victim stated she lost her purse on 3/7/13 while shopping and since, someone has used her credit card without her permission. The investigation is ongoing.

A 17 year old male was cited for Unlawful Possession of Tobacco on 3/8/13 at 12:09 pm on Scott’s Bottom Road. The teen was stopped for speeding and subsequent investigation showed he was in possession of a package of cigarettes.

Officers took a report of a vehicle Passing a School Bus on 3/8/13 at 08:55 am on Wilkes Drive at Hutton Street. A suspect was identified and she was cited for the violation.

A Juvenile problem was reported on Uinta Drive when a foster parent advised his foster daughter had not returned home after a movie. The daughter later contacted her foster father and made arrangements to meet her and take her home.

Officers investigated a crash on N 3rd E when a parked pickup truck owned by Leonard Overholt rolled into a parked car owned by Juan Pena. No injuries were reported and damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on N 4th W with a 9 month old child who may have ingested a poisonous substance. The child was transported to the hospital for observation.
Animal Control Officers took a dog bite report on W Teton Blvd.

Officers responded to the GRHS regarding a 911 hang up call; the call was determined to be accidental.

Officers responded to a dog at large complaint on Wilkes Drive. The dog’s owner was contacted and advised of the complaint.

Officers responded to a parking complaint on Clark Street regarding a truck blocking the alley. The owner was contacted and the vehicle was moved.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Riverview Drive with a 24 year old female complaining of back pain.

Officers responded to a dog at large complaint on Pennsylvania Blvd. A bull dog was impounded.

Officers responded to a report of a prowler on Vermont Court; the area was checked and no one was located.
