Officers received a complaint of an unauthorized use of a vehicle. The vehicle had been loaned out to a friend but the friend had not returned the vehicle. Officers are attempting to locate the vehicle and driver.

Officers observed a vehicle driving erratically on East Teton and stopped. The driver identified as Tamara Prescott from Rock Springs was subsequently arrested for driving on a suspended license and for possession of controlled substance. She was booked into the Sweetwater County Detention Center.

Officers were dispatched to an address on South Carolina in regards to a verbal domestic dispute. Half of the dispute had left the residence prior to officer’s arrival. No further were reported.

A School District 2 bus driver reported a vehicle driving past the bus while stop sign was extended and the red lights were flashing. The incident was recorded on video by the camera on the bus. Officers will locate the vehicle and owner.

A School Resource Officer was contacted by the school Principal of EA regarding students who were suspected of being under the influence of a controlled substance. The SRO interviewed the students who admitted to using a controlled substance prior to going to school. The County Attorney’s Office is reviewing the case.

Officers were called to Memorial Hospital in Rock Springs to talk with a subject who was involved in a motorcycle crash in Green River. The motorcycle driver was riding the motorcycle on the Green Belt and lost control of the motorcycle and crashed. The driver sustained road rash burns on his body. The driver, a juvenile was cited for operating a motor vehicle off road.

ACO’s were dispatched to a location on Flaming Gorge regarding possible animal neglect.

Officers were dispatched to the area of Hillside and Powel regarding a person looking into parked vehicles. Subject was not in the area when officers arrived.

ACO’s were dispatched to 3rd North in reference to a dog running loose.

ACO’s responded to 4th South in regards to an animal problem.

Officers were responded to a location on Monroe regarding a parking problem. Owner was advised.

Officers were dispatched to a parking lot on West Flaming Gorge in regards to a subject attempting to enter a parked vehicle. Owner had made arrangements for the subject to enter the locked vehicle, the keys had been locked inside.

Officers were dispatched to a location on Bridger in regards to a dog running loose. The owner or the dog was located and warned.

Officers were dispatched to Riverview Drive in regard to a German Sheppard running loose. The dog was not in the areas when officers arrived.

Officers were dispatched to a location on Hitching Post Drive in regards to a parking problem.

Officers assisted medical personnel on Wilderness St.

Officers responded to a crash on Oklahoma.
