Chad Doak, age 21, of Green River was arrested on 5/1/13 at 12:58 pm on E Flaming Gorge Way for Driving While Suspended. Doak was stopped for a traffic light violation and a driver’s license check showed him to be suspended. Doak was taken into custody and transported to jail without incident.
Officers investigated a report of a violation of a Court Order on E 2nd N when the victim advised his ex-wife telephoned him in violation of the court order. The suspect was contacted an admitted to the phone call. A report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.
Officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute on Uinta Drive; the incident was verbal and no arrests were made.
Suspicious Circumstances were reported on Uinta Drive when dispatch received a call from the owner of a business who thought his business was being robbed. Officers responded and found three employees who advised all was well. The report was unfounded.
Animal Control Officers responded to a cat bite call that occurred on Wyoming Drive when the cat’s owner was bitten while trying to feed the elderly feline.
Officers were dispatched to a residence on Bridger Drive regarding a possible Child Endangering.
Officers checked the apartment and learned the renters moved to Arizona and the report was unfounded.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Hitching Post Drive regarding a Nuisance
Animal complaint. The owner was not contacted and a note was left at the residence regarding the complaint.
Five Day Parking warnings were issued on N 3rd E and Rail Road Street.
