Matthew L Tebedo, age 26, of Green River was arrested on 5/9/13 at 08:24 am on N 3rd W for Aggravated Assault. Tebedo was involved in a Domestic Battery on Bridger Drive earlier in the morning in which the victim stated he threatened her with a butcher knife. Tebedo had left the scene prior to police arriving and was later located and arrested.

Officers investigated a report of a Fraud on Idaho Street when the victim advised someone has used his identity to obtain medical services over the past several years. The victim was active duty military at the time of the fraud and has never been to Illinois. The case has been turned over to the investigation division.

A woman’s wallet was found on N 1st E and turned over to the PD.

Officers investigated a Hit and Run crash on Hitching Post Drive at Monroe Street when the driver of a Nissan pickup truck struck the rear of a Ford pickup truck driven by a Dominic Martinez. The driver of the Nissan got out of his truck, looked at the rear of the Ford truck and stated the damage to the Ford was old damage and drove off. No injuries were reported and the investigation is ongoing.

Officers investigated a crash at the parking lot of the Senior Citizen’s Center on Uinta Drive when a vehicle driven by Jose Cordova backed into a car driven by Edna Brewer. No injuries were reported and damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each.

Officers investigated a crash on Shoshone Ave when a pickup truck driven by Tyson Erickson backed out of a parking lot on to the street and was struck by a car driven by Jennifer Stone. One injury was reported and treated by ambulance personnel at the scene. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage and were towed from the scene.

Officers took an accident report at the police department that had occurred earlier at the Smith’s store parking lot when a vehicle driven by Hector Mariscal struck a parked pickup truck owned by H and H Engineering. Damage to the vehicle driven by Mariscal sustained damage estimated at under $1000 and damage to the parked pickup was estimated at over $1000. Mariscal was cited for No insurance.

Officers investigated a crash on E Flaming Gorge Way when a pickup truck driven by Troy Hardin struck the rear of a car driven by Kaye Tyler. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 and no injuries were reported.

A Larceny report was taken at the Maverick Store when a male asked for a job application distracted the clerk and stole her pack of cigarettes and a 40 oz bottle of Budweiser beer. The suspect then left the area on foot. The case has been turned over to the investigation division.

Officers investigated a crash on W 2nd N when a car driven by Carissa Phillips struck a parked Chevrolet vehicle owned by ARI Fleet Ltd. Two injuries were reported and both parties refused treatment or transport to the hospital. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at over $1000 each.

Animal Control Officers responded to a dog at large complaint on Juniper Street; a large dog was impounded.

Officers responded to a report of suspicious persons on Bridger Drive, a male with a crow bar and two females. The area was checked and no damaged vehicles were located the subjects were gone on arrival.

Animal Control Officers responded to Tennessee Drive regarding a dog at large; a long haired dauschand mix was impounded.

Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents by witnessing a client’s drug test on Commerce Way.

Officers responded to a mother and daughter domestic dispute on Waggener Street; verbal dispute only no arrests made.
