Donald A Hankins, age 20, of Lander Wyoming, was arrested on 5/22/13 at 11:15 pm on Uinta Drive for Underage Consumption of Alcohol. Officers were dispatched to a disturbance at the Sweet Dreams Inn and upon arrival located Hankins lying on the ground face down. Officers assisted Hankins to his feet and subsequent investigation determined he was intoxicated. Hankins was taken into custody and transported to jail.

Officers took a larceny report on E 2nd N when the victim’s ex-fiancé reported her engagement ring stolen from her residence on 5/4/13. The victim believes the suspect to be a friend who has since left the area. The report was forwarded to a detective for follow up investigation.

Officer investigated a crash report on Tigee Circle when a pickup truck driven by Timmy Lee backed into a parked pickup truck owned by Corwin Poole. No injuries were reported and damage to both trucks was estimated at over $1000 each.

Officers took a report of a vehicle Passing a School Bus at the Green River High School. The video tape from the bus has been reviewed and a suspect vehicle has been identified. The driver has not been interviewed at this time.

Officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute on Wilderness Trail; the dispute was just verbal and no arrests were made.

A Destruction of Property report was taken on Bridger Drive when a 10 year old male was found striking a bicycle with a baseball bat. The bike belongs to another juvenile. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers from the GRPD conducted 12 Alcohol Compliance Checks to various businesses licensed to sell alcoholic beverages to the public. An under aged male accompanied by a plain clothes officer attempted to purchase an alcoholic beverage at these businesses. None of the businesses sold to the minor.

Animal Control Officers responded to Logan Street regarding three dogs at large. The owner was able to catch and secure the dogs and was warned of the complaint.

Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a squirrel in a trap on Bridger Drive.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on E 4th S with a 35 year old male who was pale, having difficulty breathing and fell to the floor.

Animal Control Officers responded to a complaint of two dogs at large on Montana Way; one dog was caught and impounded.
