Jordan L Lewis, age 24, of Green River was arrested on 6/4/13 at 2:44 pm on E Teton Blvd for Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. Lewis was contacted by police after a concerned citizen followed her vehicle and called police regarding her erratic driving. Subsequent investigation showed Lewis to be under the influence of narcotics. Lewis was taken into custody and transported to jail.
A 17 year old male was cited for Underage Consumption of Alcohol on 6/5/13 at 04:10 am on W 5th N. Officers were dispatched to a disturbance on W 5th N and subsequent investigation showed the juvenile to be under the of alcohol. He was cited and released to a parent.
A barking dog complaint was taken on Cedar Street; the dog’s owner was contacted and warned of the complaint.
Officers assisted Sheriff Deputies with a crash on I-80 at milepost 91. The driver left the scene of the crash and officers helped locate and identify the driver in Green River.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Bridger Drive with a subject suffering from excruciating back pain.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Mountain Fuel Station with a 59 year old male suffering from symptoms of a heart attack.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Jensen Street with a 70 year old female who collapsed and was conscious.
