Victor D Villagomez, age 38, of Green River was arrested on 5/26/10 at 23:13 hours on E 3rd S. Officers responded to a report of a home invasion where several Hispanic male subjects with guns were involved. Upon arrival at the scene officers located three Hispanic males who were
placed under investigative detention. Further investigation showed Villagomez and a 16 year old male had entered two residences and threatened four occupants while in possession of weapons. Villagomez was arrested and charged with four counts of Aggravated Assault, two counts of Criminal Entry, one count of Concealed Weapon and one count of Possession of a Stolen Firearm. The juvenile male was charged with Criminal Entry and Interference with a Police Officer. A shotgun and a pistol were recovered at the scene. The pistol recovered was found to be reported stolen from a residential burglary in Green River earlier this month.

Elise Buhler, age 39, of Green River was arrested on 5/26/10 at 16:34 hours on Monroe Ave. Officers executed an arrest warrant for Buhler stemming from an extensive investigation of Battery and Unlawful Contact with a Minor that began in January of this year. Buhler was charged with four counts of Battery that occurred while she was employed as a teacher for School District #2.

Two male juveniles were cited for Possession of Tobacco on 5/25/10 at 12:18 hours on Hitching Post Drive.

A report of Unlawful Use of a Credit Card was investigated on E Railroad Ave.

A verbal dispute was reported on Uinta Drive.
