Chris Steffen, Chief of Police reports:

Officers assisted Department of Family Services on Iowa.

Officers investigated a vehicle crash at the Sinclair Station on West Flaming Gorge.

Officers responded to 5th South in regards to a malicious mischief.

Officers responded to Pawnee Circle in regards to a parking complaint.

Officers assisted medical personnel on Church View.

Officers assisted medical personnel on 4th East.

Officers received a report of a dog running in traffic on Uinta. The dog was not in the area when officers arrived.

Officers received a complaint of a careless driver on the west end of Flaming Gorge.

Officers assisted Probation & Parole personnel on Commerce.

Animal Control Officers responded to a skunk in a trap at 98 Uinta Drive.

Animal Control Officers responded to squirrel in a trap on Connecticut.

Animal Control Officers responded to a skunk in a trap on Faith Drive.

Animal Control Officers responded to 2nd North regarding a report to 2 dogs running loose.

Officers responded to a house alarm on Alaska.

Officers received a complaint of harassment which occurred at the skate park.

Officers assisted medical personnel at the Medical Center.

Officers were requested to check the welfare of a resident on Clark who had recently had surgery.

Officers were informed of a runaway from the Evanston that was possibly in Green River. Officers were able to locate the runaway and pick her up. She was returned to Evanston.

Officers responded to the Arctic Circle regarding customers who were asked to leave the business but refused to do so.

A bag found at Stratton Meyer Park was turned over to the Police. If you are missing a bag and can identify the bag and its contents call the Green River Police Department so the bag can be returned.

Animal Control Officers responded to West Virginia regarding a young child bringing a baby bird home.

Officers were dispatched to Railroad Ave under the overpass regarding male subjects possibly causing problems.

Officers were dispatched to an address on Iowa regarding a young girl screaming. Officers made contact with the persons involved and learned the young girl was unhappy about something.

Officers were requested to the railroad yard regarding two transients fighting. One subject involved requested medical personnel, who responded.

Officers were dispatched to west Flaming Gorge Way in reference to a female possibly needing some assistance. Female was not in the area when Officers arrived.

Officers responded to an address on Hillcrest regarding people threatening to assault the resident.

Officers received a report of debris in the roadway on Bridger Ave.
