Robin Martinez, age 43, of Green River was arrested on 5/31/10 at 00:54 hours on E Flaming Gorge Way. Martinez was stopped for an equipment violation and further investigation it was determined Martinez was under the influence of alcohol. Officers had Martinez complete Standardized Field Sobriety Maneuvers which she did not perform satisfactorily. Martinez was arrested and transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center where a Martinez provided a breath sample which showed her to be legally intoxicated.

Jesse F Winner, age 29 of Green River was arrested on 5/28/10 at 18:53 hours on Center Street. Officers were aware of an arrest warrant for Winner and they made contact with him at his residence. The warrant was confirmed and Winner was arrested and transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center. Winner was booked in on two counts, first for Accessory After Fact to Hinder Prosecution and second for Conspiracy to deliver a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine.

Carline A Lew, age 44, of Green River was arrested on 5/28/10 at 08:03 hours on Uinta Drive. Officers responded to the Uinta Loaf and Jug regarding a REDDI report. Upon arrival officers made contact with the reporting party and also the suspect, Lew. Due to her level of intoxication sobriety maneuvers were not administered and she was transported by ambulance to Memorial Hospital. Lew was read her Wyoming Implied Consent and blood was drawn to determine her level of intoxication and issued a citation for Driving While Intoxicated.

Larry V Silva, age 58, of Green River was arrested on 5/29/10 at 11:09 hours on Astle Ave. Officers were dispatched to the area of Astle Ave and Mountain Fuel Station regarding a male lying on the sidewalk. Upon arrival officers contacted Silva who was uncooperative and determine to be very intoxicated. Silva was issued a citation for Public Intoxication and transported by ambulance to Memorial Hospital.

Officers investigated traffic crashes on Jensen Street, on Texas Way, on Scott’s Bottom Loop road, on Trona Drive and at the parking lot at 1750 Hitching Post Drive.

An Auto Burglary report was taken on Schultz Street when an unknown person entered an unlocked Chrysler car owned by Jessy Ortiz and stole a Toshiba laptop computer and a Sony play station 3. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Larceny reports were taken on E Railroad Ave, on Madison Ave and on E 2nd N.


A Theft of Services report was taken on Andrews Street. A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Idaho Street. Reports of accidental damages were taken on Bridger Drive, on E 3rd S, and on Wilkes Drive. A report of a Violation of a Family Protection Order was taken on Idaho Street. A juvenile problem was reported on E Flaming Gorge Way. A welfare check was imitated on Bridger Drive. A Disturbing the Peace warning was issued on E 3rd S.
