The following events were reported on July 18, 2013:
Officers responded to an address on Medicine Bow in reference to the house filled with smoke. A person caring for the animals at the residence arrived at the house to care for the animals and found the house full of smoke. The cause of the smoke was determined to be an air compressor that was running in the garage.
Animal Control Officers were dispatched to 5th East for a cat in a trap.
Officers assisted Probation and Parole Agents on Commerce.
The Green River Police Department assisted the Division of Criminal Investigations SWET Task Force in executing a search warrant on 2nd South.
Animal Control Officers responded to 98 Uinta Drive for a skunk in a trap.
Officers assisted in a civil stand by while one person retrieved personal property from a business on Flaming Gorge.
Officers assisted Probation and Parole Agents on Commerce.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Bridger for a report of a dog not having water on these hot days. The dog was checked on and found to have ample water.
Officers responded to an address on 3rd South for a complaint of a 13 year old boy bullying younger children in the area and stealing property.
Officers responded to the alley behind Logan St for a suspicious vehicle. Officers located the vehicle and contacted the occupants, everything was ok.
Officers assisted Probation and Parole Agents on Commerce.
Officers received a complaint of stalking filed at the Police Department.
Officers assisted Probation and Parole Agents on Commerce.
Officers addressed civil issues on 5th East.
Animal Control Officers addressed a complaint of a dog being left in a covered vehicle during the hot days.
Officers received a trespass complaint violation on 5th East. Officers were called back to the same address and removed subjects from the residence at the owners request.
Officers responded to a location on Wilkes regarding a littering complaint.
Officers responded to East Teton regarding a possible REDDI report due to a vehicle hitting a dog in the roadway.
Officers received a complaint of youth playing basketball in the early morning on Doe Drive. The youth agreed to stop for the night.
Officers responded to an address on 2nd West for a report of people outside yelling and screaming and throwing things.
Officers received a complaint of a nuisance animal on 2nd North.
Officers responded to an address on Indian Hills in response to several calls of screaming and yelling on a residence. Officers located and contacted all persons involved and determined it was a verbal disagreement.
