Chris Steffen, Chief of Police reports:


The following events were reported on August 31, 2013:


Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Lombard Street, in reference to a skunk in a trap.

Officers were dispatched to the area of Scott’s Bottom Nature area, in regards to kids paintballing in city limits.

Officers responded to an address at 98 Uinta Drive, in reference to a verbal domestic.

Officers were dispatched to an address on East Flaming Gorge Way, in regards to a citizen assist.

Officers investigated a report of harassment, at an address on Bridger Drive.

Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Aspen Street, in reference to a dog at large.

Animal Control Officers were dispatched to an address on Boulder Circle, in regards to a dog at large.

Officers investigated a report of child neglect, at the Smith’s Food and Drug parking lot. A passerby observed an infant, sitting in a car seat, locked inside a vehicle by itself.

Officers and Ambulance Personnel were dispatched to an address on Miller Street, in reference to a pregnant female, with heavy bleeding.

Officers responded to an address on Bridger Drive, in regards to a stolen bicycle.

Animal Control Officers were dispatched to an address on Churchview Drive, in reference to a dog at large.

Officers responded to an address on Hillcrest Drive, in regards to an agency assist.

Officers were dispatched to an address on South Wagonwheel Drive, in reference to a citizen assist.
Officers responded to an address on Chugwater Drive, in regards to a barking dog complaint.

Officers were dispatched to an address on Wilkes Drive, in reference to a cat at large.


The following events were reported on September 1, 2013:


Officers responded to an address on West 3rd North, in regards to a report of auto burglary.

Officers were dispatched to an address on Homestead Drive, in reference to a citizen assist.

Officers responded to an address on Riverview Drive, in regards to a residential burglar alarm. The alarm was determined to be accidental.

Officers were dispatched to an address on Pennsylvania Boulevard, in reference to a barking dog complaint.

Officers investigated a report of larceny on Gannett Circle. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers were dispatched to an address on Jensen Street, in regards to a fire. It was discovered that the fire was contained in a fire pit.

Officers responded to an address on South Wagonwheel Drive, in reference to a citizen assist.

Officers were dispatched to an address on Alabama Drive, in regards to a barking dog complaint.

Officers responded to an address on Uinta Drive, in reference to a dog at large.

Officers investigated a report of a barking dog on Sundance Drive.

Officers were dispatched to an address on Alabama Drive, in regards to a welfare check.

Officers responded to an address on East Teton Boulevard, at Alabama Drive, in reference to a barking dog complaint.


The following events were reported on September 2, 2013:


Officers were dispatched to an address on Colorado Drive, in regards to a juvenile problem.

Officers responded to a business address on Uinta Drive, in reference to an alarm. It was determined that the alarm was accidental.
Officers were dispatched to the Police Department lobby, in regards to a possible scam.

Officers responded to an address on East Teton Boulevard, in reference to a civil matter.

Officers investigated a report of a stolen motorcycle, at an address at 98 Uinta Drive. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers and Ambulance Personnel were dispatched to an address on Daniel Boone Drive, regarding a female with severe pain from falling off her horse earlier.

Officers and Fire Personnel responded to an address on Hitching Post Drive, in reference to a fire alarm call.

Officers were dispatched to an address on Jensen Street, in regards to custody issues.

Officers responded to an address at 98 Uinta Drive, in reference to a report of trespassing.

Officers were dispatched to the area of Wild Horse Canyon Road, in regards to an injured dog.

Officers responded to an address on Lombard Street, in reference to questions about City Ordinances.

Officers were dispatched to an address on Shoshone Avenue, in regards to a citizen assist.

Officers responded to an address on East Teton Boulevard, in reference to a juvenile problem.

Officers investigated a report of domestic abuse, at an address on Blake Street. A report will be sent to the County Attorney’s Office, to review for charges.
