The following events were reported on October 8, 2013:
Officers were dispatched to the area of Harrison Elementary School, in reference to a parking complaint.
Officers responded to an address on West Teton Boulevard, regarding a third party report of a domestic assault that had occurred the day before. This case is currently being investigated by the GRPD Investigation Division.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Elk Mountain Circle, in reference to a report of fraud.
The Green River Police Department would like to remind citizens, that when it comes to online transactions, you need to be extremely careful when accepting funds from out of state. Any transaction that requires you to cash a check, then send money back to the buyer, whether it be for shipping or any other reason, is most likely fraudulent.
Animal Control Officers were dispatched to an address on Riverview Drive, regarding a report of a dog at large.
Officers responded to an address on Iowa Avenue, in reference to an abandoned vehicle.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Logan Street, regarding a citizen assist.
Officers responded to an address on North 1st East, in reference to a civil standby.
Officers performed numerous VIN checks at the Police Department, as well as addresses on Palmer Court and Cumorah Way.
Animal Control Officers were dispatched to an address on Indian Hills Drive, in reference to several dogs at large.
Officers responded to an address on Nolan Street, regarding a report of threats occurring. Officers documented the report and located the suspect and advised them of a trespass warning at the residence on Nolan Street.
Officers attempted to serve a summons for Municipal Court, at an address on West Teton Boulevard.
School Resource Officers investigated a crash report, at the Green River High School parking lot.
Officers assisted the Wyoming Department of Family Services (DFS), with a welfare check at an address on Hillcrest Drive.
Officers were dispatched to an address on East 3rd South, in reference to a report of threats, via a Facebook post.
Officers assisted the Rock Springs Police Department (RSPD), with a welfare check on a subject that was living at an address on Wyoming Drive.
Officers responded to the skate park, on Uinta Drive, regarding a report of a bicycle being stolen from that location. The reporting party called back later, to report that the bicycle had been located.
Officers responded back to the address on West Teton Boulevard, where a Municipal Court summons was served.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Crossbow Drive, in reference to a report of stalking.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on West Flaming Gorge Way, regarding a dog at large.
Officers were dispatched to the Uinta Drive overpass construction zone, where it was reported that the construction cones were hit by a passing car, causing a driving hazard.
Officers and Ambulance Personnel responded to an address on Wyoming Drive, regarding an adult male that possibly had pneumonia and alcohol poisoning.
Officers were dispatched to the area of 599 East 4th South, in reference to a report of suspicious circumstances.
Officers responded to the area of Pinnacle Drive and Upland Way, regarding a noise complaint.
Officers were dispatched to the area of Birch Street and Aspen Drive, in reference to a barking dog complaint.
Officers responded to an address on East Flaming Gorge Way, regarding a male subject that was passed out, sleeping in the hallway of the business.
