Chris Steffen, Chief of Police reports:

The following events were reported on October 23, 2013:

Officers assisted Ambulance Personnel at the Castle Rock Medical Center.

Animal Control Officers responded to a residence on Colorado Drive in reference to a report of a Nuisance Animal. Officers posted a notice on the door of the residence.

Animal Control Officers responded to the Horse Corrals in reference to a report of two Dogs at Large. Officers were unable to locate the dogs.

Animal Control Officers responded to Hitching Post Drive in reference to a report of a Dog at Large. The dog was impounded at the Animal Shelter.

Animal Control Officers responded to a residence on Michigan Court in reference to a report of a barking dog. The owner of the dog was issued a warning.

Officers responded to a residence on Hoback Street in reference a report of a Disturbance.

Officers responded to a residence on Logan Street in reference to a Citizen Assist.

Officers responded to the Hampton Inn in reference to a request for a Subject Removal. The person had left the business before Officers arrived on scene.

Officers responded to the Skate Park in reference to a report of a Juvenile Problem. A juvenile was shooting other children at the Skate Park with an air soft rifle. The juvenile was issued a citation for Discharging a Firearm within City Limits and released to his parents.

Officers responded to Lincoln Middle School in reference to a report of a Juvenile Problem.

Officers responded to a residence on Logan Street in reference to a report of Vandalism.

Officers responded to a residence on Sioux Circle to answer questions regarding a Bill of Sale.

Officers responded to Probation and Parole in reference to an Agency Assist. Paul Brunz age 28, was arrested on an Arrest and Hold Order.

Officers responded to an address on East Flaming Gorge Avenue in reference to a report of a Suspicious Person.

Officers responded to reports of Vehicle Accidents on West Flaming Gorge Avenue and East Teton Boulevard.

Officers completed VIN Inspections at the Police Department and on Bramwell Street.

Officers responded to report of Weed and Nuisance Property Complaints on Upland Way, East Teton Boulevard and Washington Street.

Officers responded to an address on East Flaming Gorge Avenue in reference to a report of a vehicle crashing into two parked vehicles. The driver of the vehicle, Nathan Overy age 46, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance after Officers determined he was incapable of safely operating a motor vehicle. During the investigation Officers located Methamphetamine on Overy.
