Chris Steffen, Chief of Police reports:

The following events were reported on November 6, 2013:

Officers assisted Probation and Parole Agents at the Probation and Parole Office.

Officers responded to an address on North 4th West Street in reference to a report of an Abandoned Vehicle. Officers tagged the vehicle for Five Day Parking.

Officers assisted a citizen in the Police Department Lobby.

Animal Control Officers responded to the area West Teton Boulevard and Upland Way in reference to a report of a Dog at Large. Officers left a notice at an address on West Teton Boulevard after the dog was seen entering the yard at the address.

Officers took a report of Nuisance Property at an address on East Flaming Gorge Way.

Officers took a report of a found property on Bridger Drive. A bicycle was found abandoned in the area.

Officers responded to Monroe Middle School in reference to a report of a Juvenile Disturbance.

Officers responded to Lincoln Middle School in reference to a report of a Juvenile Disturbance.

Officers responded to an address on Cumorah Way in reference to a report of a Scam. The reporting party advised she had received a notice in the mail that she had won over 6 million dollars in a lottery that took place in Portugal.

Officers responded to Jackson Elementary School in reference to a Parking Problem.

Officers responded to the Police Department Lobby in reference to a report of Found Property. A person turned in a Debit Card they had found.

Officers assisted Ambulance Personnel at an address on East Teton Boulevard. The patient was transported to Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County.

Officers responded to an address on Wilkes Drive in reference to an Alarm.

Officers assisted a citizen in the Police Department Lobby. A person had questions about a misplaced Identification Card.

Officers assisted Ambulance Personnel at an address on Mansface Street.

Officers responded to the Youth Home in reference to a report of a Runaway. A Juvenile had left the Youth Home without permission. The Juvenile was later located and was placed under arrest for Escape from Official Detention.

Officers assisted Ambulance Personnel at an address on Juniper Street.

Officers responded to an address on East 2nd North Street in reference to a report of Larceny. The victim reported her television had been taken out of her residence without her permission.

Officers assisted Ambulance Personnel at an address on Cumorah Way.

Officers responded to FMC Park in reference to a report of Suspicious Circumstances.

Officers responded to an address on Bridger Drive in reference to a report of Shots Fired. The reporting party said he had heard what sounded like three gun shots. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate any evidence as to what caused the noise or where the noise had come from.

Officers responded to East Flaming Gorge Way in reference to a REDDI Report. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

Officers completed Vin Inspections on West Flaming Gorge Way and at the Police Department.
