Chris Steffen, Chief of Police reports:

The following events were reported on November 14, 2013:

The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Officers responded to an address on Daniel Boone Drive in reference to a report of Suspicious Activity.

Officers responded to an address on Jensen Street in reference to a report of a Suspicious Vehicle. The reporting party advised there was a vehicle in the area that did not belong. Officers contacted the driver of the vehicle and determined there was nothing out of the ordinary.

Officers responded to an address on Uinta Drive in reference to a report of Property Destruction. The victim reported someone broke a window on his vehicle while it was parked.

Officers took a report of an Abandoned Vehicle on Elm Street. The vehicle was tagged for Five Day Parking.

Officers responded to the area of Flaming Gorge Avenue in reference to a report of a Dog at Large. Officers contained the dog and it was impounded at the Animal Shelter.

Officers responded to an address on Crossbow Drive in reference to a report of Burglary. The victim reported someone got into their residence and stole prescription medication.

Animal Control Officers responded to an address on New Hampshire Street in reference to a report of a stray cat. The reporting party advised there is a cat in the neighborhood that comes into their yard. Animal Control left a cat trap at the residence.

Officers responded to the Police Department in reference to a report of Found Property. The reporting party turned in a credit card they had found.

Officers took a report of Nuisance Property on West Teton Boulevard.

Officers responded to the Uinta Overpass in reference to a vehicle blocking the roadway. Officers were able to move the vehicle off of the roadway.

Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Crossbow Drive in reference to a Welfare Check on a Dog.

Officers responded to the area of Uinta Drive and Astle Avenue in reference to a report of an injured deer. Officer contacted Game and Fish whom followed up on the report.

Officers responded to an address on East Flaming Gorge Way in reference to a Vehicle Accident.

Officers responded to an address on Sunset Street in reference to a Welfare Check.

Officers responded to an address on Aspen Street in reference to a report of a Juvenile Problem.

Officers responded to Roosevelt Park in reference to a report of a Juvenile Problem.

Officers assisted the Wyoming Department of Family Services at an address on Wilson Street.

Animal Control Officers responded to an address on East Flaming Gorge Way in reference to a report of a Dog at Large.

Officers took a report of Stalking on California Way.

Officers responded to an address on Uinta Drive in reference to a Vehicle Accident.

Officers responded to an address on Railroad Avenue in reference to Civil Matter. The reporting party had questions regarding the sale of a vehicle.

Officers completed a Civil Standby on South Wagonwheel Drive.

Officers responded to an address on Daniel Boone Drive in reference to a report of a Parking Problem. Dusty Hackney, age 18, was cited for Underage Consumption and Open Container.

Officers responded to an address on Daniel Boone Drive in reference to a report of a Suspicious Person. The reporting party advised a bald male subject was knocking on their door. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the subject.
