The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
The following events were reported between 6:00 a.m. on January 6, 2014 and 6:00 a.m. on January 7, 2014:
Officers responded to a vehicle crash at Shoshone Ave. and Hitching Post Drive. One of the drivers was issued a citation for Inattentive Driving.
Officers completed VIN inspections at the Green River Police Department and addresses on Wyoming Drive and Uinta Drive.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on Shoshone Ave.
Officers responded to an address on Monroe Ave. in reference a larceny.
Officers received a phone call in reference a citizen assist that lead to welfare check.
Officers assisted a citizen by phone who was requesting information regarding some paperwork.
Officers responded to the area of Mansface Street in reference suspicious activity.
Officers responded to an address on East 4th South in reference accidental damage.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on Uinta Drive.
Officers responded to addresses on Monroe Ave. in reference a suspicious activity. A caller reported observing a juvenile in the south parking lot of Lincoln Middle School with a gun. Schools in the vicinity initiated lockdown procedures and Officers ensured safety and security in the schools. Investigators made contact with the juvenile at a residence and determined the juvenile had a toy airsoft rifle. The juvenile reported going home after school, retrieving the toy airsoft rifle and shooting the airsoft gun’s pellets into a snow bank in the south parking lot of Lincoln Middle School.
Officers responded to an address on South 1st West for a civil matter over landlord and tenant issues.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on West 2nd North in reference to a dog at large call.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Commerce Drive in reference to an animal problem.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on Uinta Drive.
Officers responded to an address on Wilderness Trail in reference to a hit and run vehicle crash.
Officers responded to a business on Uinta Drive in reference to a call of shoplifting. Officers contacted an adult female who was issued a citation for Shoplifting and issued a trespass warning for the business.
Officers responded to the Green River Police Department in reference to an agency assist.
Officers responded to an address on Shoshone Ave. in reference to a possible missing person. The call was unfounded as the missing person was located at a friend’s residence.
Officers responded to an address on Bramwell Street in reference a noise complaint.
