The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
The following events were reported between 6:00 a.m. on January 24, 2014 and 6:00 a.m. on January 25, 2014:
Officers assisted with crossing guard duty at East Teton Boulevard and Alabama Street.
Officers completed VIN inspections at the Green River Police Department and addresses on Bridger Drive and Cedar Street.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Upland Way in reference to a found dog.
Officers responded to an address on Upland Way in reference to a report of suspicious activity. Officers made contact with individuals and everything was determined to be okay.
Officers responded to an address on Hitching Post Drive in reference to a security alarm test.
Officers assisted another agency at an address on Monroe Ave.
Officers responded to an address on North 3rd East in reference to a citizen assist regarding property issues.
Officers responded to an address on Hillcrest Way in reference to a report of a parking complaint.
Officers took a report over the phone of an assault that reportedly happened at an unknown location in Green River.
Officers responded to the Green River Police Department in reference to an agency assist.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Andrews Street in reference to a report of a nuisance animal complaint. Animal Control Officers posted a notice for the barking dog complaint.
Animal Control Officers took a report of a nuisance animal at an address on South Wagonwheel Drive.
Officers responded to an address on Bridger Drive in reference to a welfare check.
Susan Crofutt, age 43, was arrested per an active Sweetwater County, in reference Failure to Appear on an original charge of Driving While Under Suspension and Failure to Provide Proof of Liability Insurance.
Officers responded to an address on Commerce Way in reference to an agency assist.
Officers assisted a Motorist at the intersection of Uinta Drive and Jensen Street.
Officers responded to an address on Wilderness Trail in reference to report of an unsecured property. Officers checked the property that appeared vacant and secured the property.
Officers responded to an address on Mansface Street in reference to a non emergency alarm. Officers spoke with the resident and everything was reported to be okay.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on East Flaming Gorge Way in reference to an injured animal. The injured animal was reported to be a Golden Retriever.
Officers assisted a motorist on East Flaming Gorge Way near Uinta Drive.
Officers responded to an address on South Wagonwheel Drive in reference to a parking complaint.
Officers responded to an address on North 6th West in reference to a subject removal.
Officers responded to Bridger Drive in reference to a REDDI report.
Officers responded to an address on East 4th South in reference to a report of a nuisance animal.
Officers contacted individuals at Expedition Island and advised them of park hours and curfew.
Officers responded to the area of Indian Hills Drive in reference to a report of a disturbance. Officers contacted five individuals, four were issued citations for Curfew Violations and two were issued citations for Underage Consumption of alcohol.

Officers responded to an address on Hutton Circle in reference to a report of an alarm.
Gary Tilley, age 42, was arrested per an active Sweetwater County Warrant, in reference to an original charge of Burglary.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on South 5th East in reference to a welfare check on several puppies. Owner of the animals turned them over to Animal Control Officers.
Officers responded to an address on Maryland Drive in reference to an agency assist.
Officers assisted a motorist on East 2nd South near Uinta Drive.
Officers responded to an address on South Carolina Drive in reference to a parking complaint, in which a vehicle was blocking a driveway. Officers contacted responsible party for the vehicle and it was moved.
Officers responded to an address on Boulder Drive in reference to a report of suspicious activity
Animal Control Officers responded to the area of East Teton Boulevard near the Rodeo Arena in reference to a report of a dog at large.
Officers responded to the area of Upland Way in reference to reports of traffic hazards.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on Elm Street.
Officers assisted a motorist on East Flaming Gorge Way and Uinta Drive.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on Shoshone Ave.
Officers responded to an address on Jensen Street in reference to a report of a parking complaint.
Officers responded to an address on Uinta Drive in reference to a report of a disturbance. It was reported an unknown person was knocking on the door and windows of the building.
Officers responded to an address on Uinta Drive in reference to a report of an alarm.
Officers responded to an address on Greasewood Street in reference to a report of a nuisance animal. Officers left a notice at the residence for a barking dog complaint.
Officers responded to an address on West Teton Boulevard in reference to an agency assist.

Officers responded to an address on West 2nd North in reference to a report of a parking problem. Officers tagged the vehicle for five day parking.
Officers responded to an address on Maryland Drive in reference to an agency assist.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on East 5th South in reference to a welfare check.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on East Flaming Gorge Way in reference to an animal call. The caller reported a snake on a window ledge; Animal Control Officers determined the call was unfounded.
Officers responded to an address on Wild Horse Canyon Road in reference to an alarm. Officers responded to the address and determined the alarm was accidental.
Officers responded to an address on Uinta Drive in reference to a citizen assist.
Animal Control Officers responded to the area of Astle Ave. in reference two dogs running at large. The dogs were located and returned to their owners with a warning.
Officers responded to an address on Mansface Street in reference to a medical alarm. Officers contacted the resident and advised everything was okay. It was reported to be an accidental alarm.
Heath Lewis, age 21, was arrested for Reckless Driving and Eluding a Police Officer.
Officers assisted another agency at Uinta Drive and Nolan Street.
