On 6/3/10, Investigators recovered a Tempur-Pedic mattress and Broyhill mattress that had been reportedly stolen from a residence. The property was found to be in the possession of a former roommate of the person who reported the theft. Value of the recovered property is estimated at $4598. The case has been submitted to the County Attorney’s Office for review.

Officers responded to the area of N. Riverbend on 6/4/10 at approximately 23:13 regarding a report of an intoxicated juvenile assaulting his parents. The juvenile was subsequently placed in the Sweetwater County Juvenile Detention Facility.

Donald L Eaton, age 51, of Green River was arrested on 6/5/10 at 01:10 hours on Bridger Drive pursuant to a warrant that had been issued for his arrest.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance on Monroe Avenue at 0309 on 6/5/10. Officers determined the disturbance was verbal in nature. The parties agreed to separate for the night.

Officers responded to Jackson Elementary on 6/5/10 at 1905 regarding a report of a male juvenile shooting two female juveniles with an Airsoft gun. Officers interviewed the children involved and contacted their parents. The case has been submitted to the City Prosecutor for review.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance on S. Riverbend on 6/5/10 at 2135. Officers determined that a physical altercation had taken place between mother and her adult daughter earlier in the evening. The parties were already separated when officers arrived. The case will be submitted to the County Attorney’s Office for review.

Officers investigated a traffic crash on Bridger Dr. at 2115 on 6/5/10. A vehicle driven by Michael Vega collided with the open door of a vehicle owned by Marilee Larsen. Total damage is estimated at $1350.

While checking on a vehicle parked at Jackson School at approximately 0425 on 6/6/10, officers contacted two adult and one juvenile subject. The juvenile subject and and 18 year old adult were found to be under the influence of alcohol. The 18 year old was cited and released from the scene. The juvenile was cited and released to their parent.

Officers were dispatched to the area of Indian Hills Drive on 6/7/10 at 0135 regarding a male subject yelling in the area. Officers contacted Chad Doak, age 18, of Grand Junction Colorado in the area. Doak displayed indications of intoxication. Doak would not tell officer where he lived. Doak was subsequently arrested for Public Intoxication and Underage Consumption.

While patrolling in the area of Indian Hills Dr. on 6/7/10 at 0328, Officers observed two children approximately 3-4 years of age playing outside unattended. Officers spoke with the children and determined where they lived. The children were turned over to their parents after it was determined the parents were using safety devices to prevent the children from leaving the residence, but the devices were being defeated by the children.
