The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
The following events were reported between 6:00 a.m. on February 12, 2014 and 6:00 a.m. on February 13, 2014:
Officers responded to the area of Riverview Drive, regarding a traffic hazard.
Officers completed VIN inspections at addresses on West 2nd South and Apache Avenue.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Bramwell Street, in reference to a report of vandalism to a vehicle.
Officers responded to I-80 for an agency assist and assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel with a motorist who had a medical issue.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Hitching Post Drive, regarding possible found narcotics.
Officers responded to the Green River Police Department, in reference to a found property.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Uinta Drive, regarding a report of two dogs at large.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Hitching Post Drive, in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, Officers requested Castle Rock Ambulance personnel to assist a subject who was transported to the hospital.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on West Flaming Gorge Way.
Officers responded to an address on Cumorah Way, regarding a citizen assist.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on Uinta Drive.
Officers took a threats report at an address on Hitching Post Drive, in reference to a dispute over civil issues.
Officers responded to an address on Uinta Drive, in reference to a found property.
Officers were dispatched to the Green River Police Department, in reference to a citizen assist. The subject had questions about property left at an address in Green River.
Animal Control Officers were dispatched to an address on Missouri Court, regarding an injured dog. Animal Control Officers located an injured Chocolate Lab that was taken to the Green River Animal Shelter.
Officers responded to an address on Monroe Avenue, in reference to a welfare check.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Flaming Gorge Way, in reference to a report of a larceny.
Officers responded to an address on Grant Circle, regarding a report of a disturbing the peace complaint.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Monroe Avenue, in reference to information involving a custody dispute.
Officers responded to an address on Hillcrest Way, in reference to a report of a hit and run vehicle crash. It was reported a vehicle backed into a parked trailer.
Officers were dispatched to an address on South Wagonwheel Drive, regarding a disturbing the peace complaint.
Officer responded to an address on Adams Street, in reference to a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, Officers were made aware of a vehicle that back fired in the area, which was witnessed by a deputy with the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Wind River Drive, in reference to a report of suspicious activity. It was reported juveniles were knocking on the outside of the residence and tried to open the house door before running away down the street.
Dustin Macy, age 26, was arrested for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol (subsequent offense).
Tommy Graham, age 56, was arrested for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol and was issued a traffic citation.
Officers were dispatched to I-80 for an agency assist, regarding a vehicle crash.
Officers responded to an address on West Teton Boulevard, in reference to a citizen assist.
