Chris Steffen, Chief of Police reports:
The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
The following events were reported between 6:00 a.m. on February 20, 2014 and 6:00 a.m. on February 21, 2014:
Officers responded to an address on West Teton Boulevard, regarding a citizen assist.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on East Teton Boulevard.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Uinta Drive, in regards to a report of a juvenile problem. It was reported two juveniles there had no adult supervision. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with the juveniles and a parent.
Officers responded to an address on Elm Street, in reference to a report of a parking complaint. Officers contacted the owner of the vehicle and resolved the complaint.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on Medicine Bow Drive.
Officers responded to an address on Jensen Street, regarding a report of a parking complaint. The vehicle was tagged for five day parking.
Officers responded to an address on East Teton Boulevard, regarding a report of a parking problem. Officers spoke with the driver about parking in a marked no parking zone.
Officers completed VIN inspections at the Green River Police Department and addresses on Ridge Crossing and Hitching Post Drive.
Officers assisted with a funeral escort from an address on East Flaming Gorge Way.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Schultz Street, in reference to a report of a dog at large call.
Officers responded to the Green River Police Department lobby, in regards to a citizen assist.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Monroe Avenue, in reference to a report of a dog at large call.
Officers responded to the Green River Adult Probation and Parole Office, in reference to an agency assist. Upon arrival, Officers contacted Richard Hall, age 54, who was arrested per an active Sweetwater County District Court Warrant for violation of probation conditions.
Officers responded to an address on South Wagonwheel Drive, in regards to a parking complaint. Officers contacted the owner, addressed the complaint and the vehicle was moved.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on Iowa Avenue.
Officers responded to an address on Apache Avenue, in reference to a civil standby regarding property.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Jensen Street, in reference to an agency assist.
Animal Control Officers were dispatched to an address on Arkansas Drive, regarding a dog at large call. Animal Control Officers located a brown St. Bernard mix.
Officers responded to a location on Uinta Drive, in regards to a parking complaint. A vehicle was tagged for five day parking.
Animal Control Officers were dispatched to an address West Teton Boulevard, in reference to a nuisance animal complaint. Animal Control Officers posted a notice for the barking dog complaint.
Officers assisted a motorist on West Flaming Gorge Way.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Hoback Street, in reference to a report of trespassing. Upon arrival, Officers determined a trespassing violation had not occurred as the resident gave permission for the individual to be at the residence.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Bridger Drive, in regards to a juvenile problem.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Hitching Post Drive, in reference to a 911 hang up call. Upon arrival, Officers contacted an individual that had fallen and was injured. Castle Rock Ambulance personnel were contacted and also responded to the location.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on Firehole Place.
Officers responded to an address on Anvil Drive and completed a report, regarding threats.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Uinta Drive, in reference to a report of a burglary alarm. Upon arrival, Officers contacted a responsible party for the building and the alarm was determined to be accidental.
