Chris Steffen, Chief of Police reports:
The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
The following events were reported between 6:00 a.m. on March 10, 2014 and 6:00 a.m. on March 11, 2014:
Animal Control Officers responded to the Green River Animal Control Shelter, in regards to an individual wanting to turn their dogs over to the shelter.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance Service personnel at an address on North Wagonwheel Drive.
Officers completed VIN inspections at the Green River Police Department and an address on Riverview Drive.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Birch Street, in regards to a report of a dog at large.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Bridger Drive, in reference to found property. Officers located a bicycle at the address, if you’ve lost a bicycle contact the Green River Police Department to identify the bicycle.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance Service personnel at an address on North Center Street.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Bridger Drive, in regards to a parking complaint. The vehicle was tagged for the parking violation.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Hitching Post Drive, in regards to a report of a dog at large.
Officers were dispatched to an address on West Flaming Gorge Way, in reference to a report of a two vehicle crash. It was reported one vehicle backed into another vehicle. One driver was issued a citation for unsafe backing.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Faith Drive, in reference to a residential fire alarm. Upon arrival, Officers contacted the resident and determined the alarm was an accident.
Officers responded to a call at an address on West Teton Boulevard, in regards to civil questions about property.
Officers were dispatched to an address on West Teton Boulevard, in reference to a report of property damage. The reporting party wanted trespass warnings issued to several individuals for the property.
Officers responded to an address on Cumorah Way, in regards to a welfare check.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Sundance Drive, in reference to a report of a juvenile problem. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with the reporting party and parent of the juvenile and determined everything was okay.
Michael Flores, age 35, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Officers responded to an address on Doe Drive, in regards to a report of found drug paraphernalia found on Upland Way.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Uinta Drive, in reference to a juvenile problem. A small child left home, the child was located and returned to parents.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Uinta Drive, in regards to an alarm. Upon arrival, Officers contacted a responsible party and determined everything was okay.
Officers responded to an address on Lombard Street, in reference to a report of suspicious persons. The reporting party advised there were a group of teenagers in the neighborhood who they did not recognize and looked like they were trying to get into a house.
Officers attempted to locate a vehicle described in a REDDI report near FMC Park Road.
Officers responded to an address on North 3rd West, in regards to a civil matter about custody issues.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Schultz Street, in reference to a verbal dispute.
