Chris Steffen, Chief of Police reports:
The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
The following events were reported between 6:00 a.m. on April 10, 2014 and 6:00 a.m. on April 11, 2014:
Officers responded to an address on Firehole Place, in regards to a report of a parking complaint.
Officers were dispatched to an address on East 2nd South, in reference to a report of malicious mischief. The reporting party reported damage to their property.
Officers responded to an address on Hitching Post Drive, in regards to a 911 hang up call. Officers checked the location and reported everything was okay.
Officers responded to the Green River Police Department lobby, in reference to a report of vandalism. The reporting party advised of damage to a property on Medicine Bow Drive.
Officers completed VIN inspections at the Green River Police Department and addresses on: Homestead Drive, Minnesota Court, and Schultz Street.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Cumorah Way, in regards to a report of a larceny. The reporting party reported signs were stolen from a property they owned.
Officers responded to the Green River Police Department lobby, regarding a report of harassment. Officers completed a report in regards to threats being made.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Bridger Drive, in reference to a larceny. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with the reporting party who reported their camp trailer had been stolen.
Officers responded to the Green River Police Department lobby, regarding a citizen assist. The individual had questions regarding a trespass warning.
Officers were dispatched to an address on North 5th West, in reference to a juvenile problem.
Officers responded to an address on Monroe Avenue, in regards to information on a possible welfare check. Officers addressed the issue with the reporting party.
Officers were dispatched to the area of South Wagonwheel Drive, in reference to a traffic complaint. Officers located the vehicle described in the complaint and the driver was given a warning.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Bridger Drive, in regards to a report of a dog at large.
Officers responded to the Adult Green River Probation and Parole Office. Upon arrival, Patrick Mahaney, age 46, was arrested per an Arrest and Hold Order for a Probation Violation.
Officers assisted motorists on Upland Way and Uinta Drive.
Officers were dispatched to an address on East Railroad Avenue, regarding a report of a disturbance. The reporting party had questions concerning incidents that have happened over the past week and was advised.
Officers were dispatched to an address on South Carolina Way, in regards to a barking dog complaint. Officers spoke with a responsible party for the dog, who stated they would take care of the problem.
Officers were dispatched to the area of South Wagonwheel Drive, in reference to a report of an auto burglary in the area. The reporting party advised items were missing from their vehicle and they saw several juvenile males in the area.
