Charmaine R. Pendergast, age 40, Green River was arrested on 6/10/10 at 15:47 hours on the eastbound on-ramp of Interstate 80. Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated female in a vehicle on East Flaming Gorge and observed her driving erratically. Pendergast was arrested for DWUI.

Autumn J. Smith, age 19, Rock Springs was arrested on 6/10/10 at 1059 hours on Commerce Drive. Officers were dispatched to Probation and Parole regarding a subject testing positive for use of a Controlled Substance. Smith was booked into the Sweetwater County Detention Center for Use of CDS.

Rebecca F. Harsha, age 29, Green River was arrested on 6/11/10 at 0039 hours on Monroe Ave. Officers had knowledge of a Municipal Warrant for a previous charge of Animal at Large. Harsha was booked on the Municipal Warrant.

Shay Lynn Harsha reported the theft of a Dobro Guitar from the High School Music Room. Loss was estimated at approximately $100.

Eva Walsh reported her 5th wheel camper damaged by City owned riding lawnmower; damage was listed as the passenger side corner panel on the front of the camper and estimated at approximately $500.
