The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
The following events were reported between 6:00 a.m. on May 23, 2014 and 6:00 a.m. on May 24, 2014:
Animal Control Officers were dispatched to the area of Indian Hills Park, in reference to a report of two dogs at large. The dogs were described as a Golden Retriever and a Rottweiler.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on West Flaming Gorge, in regards to a report of a bat.
Officers contacted an individual who was issued a trespass warning for an address on East 4th South.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Hitching Post Drive, in regards to a report of a Bulldog at large.
Officers responded to the Green River Police Department lobby, regarding a citizen assist.
Officers assisted motorists on Upland Way.
Animal Control Officers were dispatched to an address on Firehole Place, in reference to a report of an injured bird.
Officers completed VIN inspections at the Green River Police Department and at addresses on Oklahoma Drive and West 3rd North.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Bridger Drive, in regards to a report of a juvenile problem. The reporting party stated a juvenile injured an animal.
Officers responded to an address on Colorado Drive, in regards to a report of a juvenile problem. The reporting party advised juveniles were throwing a Frisbee at vehicles.
Animal Control Officers were dispatched to an address on Oklahoma Drive, in reference to a welfare check on three dogs.
Officers responded to an address on Alabama Drive, in reference to an alarm. Upon arrival, Officers determined the alarm was accidental.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on Trail Drive.
Officers were dispatched to the area of Hitching Post Drive, in regards to a report of a down power line. Officers assisted with traffic control in the area.
Animal Control Officers responded to the area of Wilderness Trail, in reference to a dog at large. The dog was described as a Great Dane.
Animal Control Officers responded to the area of Uinta Drive, in reference to a dog at large. The dog was described as a Blue Heeler. The dog’s owner later contacted Animal Control Officers reporting the dog was missing.
Officers were dispatched to an address on North 5th East, regarding a 911 hang up call. Officers reported everything was okay and the call was accidental.
Officers responded to an address on New Mexico Street, in regards to a report of harassment. Officers completed a report about the incident and a trespass warning was issued to an individual for the property.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Bridger Drive, regarding a juvenile problem. Officers addressed the issue with the juvenile and parent.
Officers responded to an address on Michigan Court, in reference to a trespassing complaint. Officers completed a report about the incident and a trespass warning was issued to an individual for the property.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Schultz Street, in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, it was reported a verbal dispute occurred. While at the residence, Daniel Recla, age 51, was arrested per an active Lincoln County Warrant for Failure to appear on a Petition for Revocation.
Officers responded to an address on West Teton Boulevard, regarding a welfare check.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on Ironwood Street.
The following events were reported between 6:00 a.m. on May 24, 2014 and 6:00 a.m. on May 25, 2014:
Officers responded to an address on Maryland Drive, regarding a citizen assist.
Officers completed VIN inspections at addresses on Alexandria Drive and Iowa Circle.
Officers responded to an address on Arkansas Drive, regarding a welfare check concerning a child wandering away from the residence.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on East Teton Boulevard, in regards to a report of two dogs at large. The dogs were taken to the Green River Animal Shelter.
Officers were dispatched to an address on South Wagonwheel Drive, in reference to a report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival, Officers contacted Zachary Perry, age 25, who was arrested per an active Green River Municipal Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Probation Revocation.
Animal Control Officers were dispatched to an address on South Wagonwheel Drive, regarding a found dog. The dog was described as a Shar Pei.
Animal Control Officers responded to the area of Jensen Street, in regards to a report of a brown Pit-bull at large.
Ryan Jenkins, age 21, was arrested for Driving While Under Suspension.
Animal Control Officers took a report of a dog bite at an address on East Flaming Gorge Way.
Officers responded to an address on South 4th East, in reference to a report of trespassing. Officers spoke with the reporting party and a trespass warning was issued to an individual for the property per the owner’s request.
Animal Control Officers responded to the area of East Teton Boulevard and Alabama Drive, in reference to a report of a Pit-bull that ran into the side of a vehicle. The reporting party advised the Pit-bull and a Boxer ran towards Alabama Drive.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on West 2nd North.
Officers took a report of a sexual assault. The case is under investigation by the GRPD Detective Division.
Officers were dispatched to an address on East Flaming Gorge Way, in reference to a report of a male needing assistance. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with parties involved and Dillon Thomas, age 19, was arrested per an active Sweetwater County Warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Permitting House Parties.
Officers responded to an address on East 3rd South, in regards to a report of a welfare check. Officers later located the individual and reported everything was okay.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Monroe Avenue, regarding a civil matter involving child custody.
Dustin Santhuff, age 19, was arrested for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving While Under Suspension, Interlock Device Violation and No Insurance.
The following events were reported between 6:00 a.m. on May 25, 2014 and 6:00 a.m. on May 26, 2014:
Officers responded to an address on East Flaming Gorge Way, in reference to found property. Officers located the owner of the found property and the item was returned.
Officers responded to an address on East Flaming Gorge Way, in regards to a report of an individual camping in city limits. Officers contacted the individual who was advised of the ordinance.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on Powell Street.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Maryland Drive, regarding a citizen assist.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Schultz Street, in reference to a report of a hit and run vehicle crash. The reporting party stated their vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle, while it was parked and unoccupied during the night.
A set of keys was found on East Teton Boulevard and Monroe Avenue and turned into the Green River Police Department. Contact the Green River Police Department to identify the keys if you’ve lost a set of keys.
A driver’s license was found on Nolan Street and turned into the Green River Police Department.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on East Teton Boulevard, regarding a found dog. A dog described as a Pug mix was located and taken to the Green River Animal Shelter.
Officers responded to an address on East 4th South, in reference to civil matter involving child custody issues.
Officers were dispatched to the area of Astle Avenue, in regards to a report of illegal dumping. Officers contacted the individual who was staging material for a future project.
Officers responded to an address on Cumorah Way, regarding a citizen assist.
Officers attempted to locate a vehicle described in a traffic complaint on Bridger Drive.
Officers responded to an address on Mountain View Street, in reference to a welfare check on the supervision of a small child. Officers contacted the parents who were advised of the concern.
Animal Control Officers were dispatched to an address on South 5th West, in reference to two found Labrador dogs. The dogs had collars and tags but the owner was unable to be contacted. The dogs were taken to the Green River Animal Shelter.
Officers were dispatched to the area of Powell Street, in reference to a report of loud fireworks.
Officers attempted to locate a vehicle described in a traffic complaint on Aspen Street.
Officers responded to an address on Tennessee Drive, in regards to suspicious activity involving a cell phone possibly being hacked into.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Uinta Drive, in reference to a fire alarm. Upon arrival, Officers determined the alarm was accidently set off and everything was okay.
Officers were dispatched to another address on Uinta Drive, in reference to a burglar alarm.
Officers responded to an address on West Railroad Avenue, in regards to a noise complaint.
Officers assisted Wyoming Highway Patrol on Uinta Drive.
Officers responded to an address on East Flaming Gorge Way, in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival, Officers checked the welfare of the individual and an ambulance was requested.
The following events were reported between 6:00 a.m. on May 26, 2014 and 6:00 a.m. on May 27, 2014
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on Powell Street.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Faith Drive, regarding a skunk caught in a trap.
Officers responded to an address on Washington Street, in reference to a hit and run report. Officers located the suspected driver of a previously reported hit and run accident and a citation was issued.
Officers responded to an address on Homestead Drive, in regards to a report of an attempted scam. The reporting party received a text message from an unknown person representing a bank. The text was requesting verification of information. The reporting party did not have an account with the bank mentioned and did not provided any personal information.
Officers completed a VIN inspection on East Flaming Gorge Way.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Maryland Drive, regarding a citizen assist.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Anvil Drive, in reference to a citizen assist.
Officers responded to an address on West Teton Boulevard, regarding a citizen assist.
Officers were dispatched the area of Uinta Drive, in regards to a report of an unattended young child riding a bike. Officers checked the area for the juvenile.
Officers attempted to locate a vehicle described in a traffic complaint on Hitching Post Drive.
Officers were dispatched to an address on West 4th North, in reference to a 911 hang up call. Officers contacted the resident who reported everything was okay; a young child was playing on the phone.
Officers responded to an address on Wind River Drive, in regards to a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with parties involved who had a verbal dispute.
