Chris Steffen, Chief of Police reports:

The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

The following events were reported between 6:00 a.m. on June 2, 2014 and 6:00 a.m. on June 3, 2014:

Officers were dispatched to Ironwood Street, in regards to a report of a parking problem. Officers contacted the owner of the vehicle who advised they would take care of it.

an address on Officers transported two inmates from the Sweetwater County Detention Center to the Green River Municipal Court.

Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on Bramwell Street.

Officers responded to an address on Clark Street, in reference to a possible missing person. During the course of follow up on the incident it was reported the individual called in sick to work.

Officers took a call from a resident on Missouri Court, in regards to a report of suspicious activity. Extra patrol was set up for the area.

Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Tennessee Drive, regarding a barking dog complaint. Animal Control Officers checked on the address and a dog at another address on the same street.

Officers completed VIN inspections at the Green River Police Department and at addresses on: Virginia Drive, Andrews Street, Idaho Street and West Flaming Gorge Way.

Officers were dispatched to the area of South 1st West, in regards to a traffic complaint on an ATV. Officers contacted the driver who was advised about the complaint.

Animal Control Officers were dispatched to an address on Oklahoma Drive, in reference to a welfare check on a dog. Animal Control Officers reported the dog was inside the residence and okay.

Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on Uinta Drive.

Officers responded to the Green River Police Department, regarding a citizen assist.

Officers responded to an address on West Flaming Gorge Way, in reference to a report of harassing telephone calls. Officers completed a report on the incident.

Officers responded to an address on South Carolina Drive, in reference to nuisance property.

Animal Control Officers responded to an address on South Carolina Drive, in regards to a report of a dog at large. Animal Control Officers issued a citation to the owner of the dog.

Officers responded to an address on Virginia Drive, regarding nuisance property.

Officers were dispatched to an address on Oklahoma Drive, in reference to a report of harassment. The reporting party advised they had received harassing text messages.

Animal Control Officers were dispatched to an address on Schultz Street, in reference to a report of stray cats.

Tabatha Eychner, age 20, was arrested per an active Sweetwater County Warrant for a Probation Violation on an original charge of Larceny.

Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Tennessee Drive, in reference to a barking dog complaint. Animal Control Officers completed a report regarding the incident.

Officers were dispatched to an address on Tennessee Drive, in regards to a report of harassment.

Officers responded to an address on Wind River Drive, in reference to a noise complaint. Officers contacted the resident and addressed the complaint.

Officers were dispatched to Astle Drive, in reference to a report of two dogs at large. Officers located the owner of the dogs and they were returned to the owner.

Officers responded to an address on Bridger Drive, in regards to a report of a juvenile problem. It was reported older juveniles were picking on younger juveniles.

Officers were dispatched to an address on Uinta Drive, in reference to a report of smoke. Officers checked the area and reported everything appeared normal.

Officers responded to an address on West Flaming Gorge Way, in reference to a 911 call. The call was accidental as they were trying to call on a non emergency line to report an animal issue.

Officers attempted to locate a vehicle described in a noise complaint on Monroe Avenue. Officers located the vehicle and the driver was issued a citation.

Officers were dispatched to an address on Wild Horse Canyon Road, in reference to a disturbance. Officers contacted the individual and reported everything was okay

Officers responded to an address on Davy Crockett Drive, in regards to a report of a barking dog complaint. Officers reported the dog had been taken inside and it was quiet.

Officers responded to an unsecured property on East Teton Boulevard. Officers checked the area, reported everything was okay and secured the property.
