The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
The following events were reported between 6:00 a.m. on June 9, 2014 and 6:00 a.m. on
June 10, 2014:
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Hitching Post Drive in reference to a report of an animal problem. The reporting party advised a bat was in their kitchen. The bat flew away before Animal Control Officers arrived.
Animal Control Officers took a report by telephone of a missing dog.
Officers responded to an address on Elk Mountain Drive in reference to a report of Disturbing the Peace.
Animal Control Officers took a report by telephone of an overly aggressive cat.
Officers responded to an address on Monroe Avenue in reference to a report of a parking problem.
Officers assisted personnel with Castle Rock Ambulance Service at an address on Bridger Drive. The patient was transported to Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County by ambulance.
Officers responded to an address on Rhode Island Place in reference to a report of a Burglary. The reporting party advised that an unknown person took items from the garage.
Officers responded to the Sweetwater County Courthouse in reference to a report of a narcotics violation. Sweetwater County Deputies reported that they located a Methamphetamine Pipe and approximately one gram of Methamphetamine inside a woman’s purse as it was passing through the x-ray machine. Krista Beeson, age 38, was cited for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine).
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Bridger Drive in reference to a report of a cat bite.
Animal Control Officers took a report by telephone of a barking dog.
Officers responded to the Police Department in reference to a report of suspicious circumstances.
Officers responded to Castle Rock Court in reference to a report of a parking problem. Upon arrival Officers determined there were no parking violations in the area.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on East Flaming Gorge Way in reference to a report of an aggressive dog.
Officers responded to an address on South 4th West Street in reference to a report of a suspicious person.
Officers responded to an address on West 5th North Street in reference to a report of a juvenile problem.
Officers responded to an address on South 7th West Street in reference to a report of suspicious circumstances.
Officers responded to an address on Barnhart Street in reference to a report of a juvenile problem.
Officers responded to the area of Uinta Drive at Nolan Street in reference to a report of an intoxicated pedestrian.
Officers responded to the Police Department in reference to a citizen assist. The citizen had questions regarding the flags being flown at Half-Staff.
Officers responded to an address on Shoshone Avenue in reference to a report of a parking problem. Upon arrival Officers tagged the vehicle for Five Day Parking.
Officers responded to an address on Wyoming Drive in reference to a report of an Assault.
Officers responded to Smith’s Food and Drug in reference to a report of dogs being left in a vehicle. Upon arrival Officers determined the dogs were fine and the owner had only been in the store for a short period of time.
Officers assisted personnel with Castle Rock Ambulance Service at an address on North 3rd West Street.
Officers responded to an address on Schultz Street in reference to a report of Disturbing the Peace.
Officers assisted personnel with Castle Rock Ambulance Service at an address on West Flaming Gorge Way.
