The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
The following events were reported between 6:00 a.m. on June 12, 2014 and 6:00 a.m. on
June 13, 2014:
Officers responded to an address on Crossbow Drive in reference to a report of stalking.
Officers responded to the overpass on Uinta Drive in reference to a report of a crash. Angela Wingard, age 42, was issued a citation for Inattentive Driving.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on South Center Street in reference to a report of a cat caught in a trap.
Officers responded to an address on West Flaming Gorge Way in reference to a report of a disturbance.
Officers responded to Interstate 80, mile marker 89, in reference to an agency assist.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Madison Avenue in reference to a report of a dog bite.
Animal Control Officers responded to the area of Crossbow Drive in reference to a report of a Dog at Large.
Officers responded to an address on Crossbow Drive in reference to a civil standby.
Officers assisted personnel with Castle Rock Ambulance Service on East Teton Boulevard.
Officers responded to an address on Bridger Drive in reference to a report of a crash.
Officers responded to an address on West 2nd North Street in reference to a report of a disturbance.
Officers responded to an address on West 3rd North Street in reference to a report of Property Destruction. The reporting party advised that someone had damaged the windshield wiper arm, the blinker controller, and the mirrors on his vehicle.
Officers responded to the overpass on Uinta Drive in reference to a report of a crash. Brandon Fajardo, age 22, was issued a citation for Inattentive Driving, after the vehicle he was driving collided with another vehicle as he was merging into another lane.
Officers responded to the intersection of Hitching Post Drive and Trail Drive in reference to a report of a crash. Harold Arellano, age 42, was issued a citation for Following Too Close, after the vehicle he was driving collided with a vehicle that was slowing down to make a turn.
Animal Control Officers responded to the area of Hutton Street in reference to a report of a Dog at Large.
Officers responded to an address on Monroe Avenue in reference to a report of a disturbance.
Officers responded to the intersection of West Flaming Gorge Way and Highway 374 in reference to a report of a crash. It was reported that a vehicle crashed into a stop sign at the intersection. The driver of the vehicle, Jordan Cox, age 26, was issued a citation for Inattentive Driving.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Adams Street in reference to a report of a dog bite.
Officers responded to an address on West 2nd North Street in reference to a report of a disturbance.
Officers responded to an address on Wyoming Drive in reference to a report of a juvenile disturbance.
Officers responded to the area of Uinta Drive in reference to a REDDI report.
Officers responded to an address on Schultz Street in reference to a report of a disturbance.
Officers responded to an address on East Teton Boulevard in reference to a report of a cat at large.
Officers responded to an address on West Flaming Gorge Way in reference to a report of an Assault.
