The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
The following events were reported between 6:00 a.m. on July 17, 2014 and 6:00 a.m. on
July 18, 2014:
Animal Control Officers responded to Wyoming Drive in reference to a cat in a trap.
Animal Control Officers responded to Colorado Drive in regards to a dog at large.
Officers responded to West Flaming Gorge Way in reference to nuisance property. The owner of the property was given a notice.
Officers were dispatched to Virginia Drive to assist Department of Family Services with a welfare check.
Officers responded to East Teton Boulevard in reference to an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle was towed.
Officers responded to Shoshone Avenue to assist Department of Family Services with a welfare check.
Animal Control Officers responded to Bridger Drive in reference to a squirrel in a trap.
Officers were dispatched to Conestoga Lane in reference to a civil standby.
Officers responded to the Green Belt in reference to a report of a transient acting strange. The subject was not located.
Animal Control Officers responded to Elk Valley Drive in reference to a snake. The snake was relocated to a safe location.
Officers were dispatched to East 4th South Street in reference to a report of a scam.
Officers responded to Bridger Drive in regards to a found purse. It was returned to the owner shortly after.
Officers were dispatched to Bridger Drive in reference to a welfare check.
Officers responded to Conestoga Lane for a civil standby.
Officers responded to Shoshone Avenue in regards to a civil standby.
Officers responded to Monroe Avenue in regards to a civil standby.
Officers were dispatched to West Flaming Gorge Way in reference to a parking problem.
Officers responded to Clark Street in reference to a citizen assist.
Officers responded to North 8th West Street in reference to a citizen assist.
Animal Control Officers were dispatched to South 5th East in reference to a nuisance animal complaint.
Animal Control Officers were dispatched to Hackberry Street in reference to a welfare check on a small dog.
Officers responded to the streets of Clark and Andrews in reference to a citizen assist.
Officers were dispatched to Wind River Drive for a welfare check.
Officers were dispatched to Cumorah Way in reference to a verbal dispute.
Animal Control Officers responded to the area of Pheasant Drive in reference to a dog at large.
Officers responded to Powell Street in reference to disturbing the peace. The owner was advised.
Officers responded to the Riverview Cemetery in reference to a citizen assist.
Officers were dispatched to North 5th West Street in reference to one subject threatening another.
Officers were dispatched to Nolan Street in reference to property destruction.
Officers responded to Maryland Drive in reference to a 911 hang up. It was later determined to be accidental.
Officers assisted personnel with Castle Rock Ambulance Service on Monroe Avenue.
Officers responded to Wilson Street in reference to a dog at large which bit another dog. A citation was issued to the owner of the dog.
Officers complete VIN Checks on California Drive, South Carolina Drive, and at the Police Department.
