The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
The following events were reported between 6:00 a.m. on September 5, 2014 and 6:00 a.m. on September 6, 2014:
Officers were dispatched to an address on Uinta Drive, in reference to an alarm. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with an employee and reported the alarm was accidental.
Officers responded to an address on Uinta Drive, in regards to a citizen assist involving a parking complaint.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Rhode Island Place, in reference to an alarm. Officers spoke with the resident who reported the alarm was accidental.
Officers contacted a resident by telephone who wanted a trespass warning issued to an individual for their property.
Officers responded to the area of Utah Place, in regards to a report of a traffic collision. The reporting party stated a vehicle collision occurred 2 days ago at the location. Officers completed report about the incident.
Officers completed VIN inspections at the Green River Police Department and at addresses on West Flaming Gorge Way and Wind River Drive.
Officers were dispatched to an address on East Flaming Gorge Way, regarding parking complaints. Officers tagged three vehicles for five day parking.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Riverview Drive, in regards to a report of a dog bite. Animal Control Officers completed a report about the incident.
Officers responded to addresses on Tennessee Drive, regarding nuisance properties.
Officers were dispatched to an address on East Railroad Avenue, regarding a disturbance. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with the involved parties and reported a domestic dispute occurred and completed a report about the incident.
Officers responded to an address on Colorado Drive, in reference to a found bicycle.
Officers responded to the area of East Teton Boulevard, regarding a dog at large. The dogs’ owners were located and the dog was returned to the owner.
Officers responded to the Green River Police Department lobby, in reference to a report of forgery. Officers contacted an individual that reportedly was given a counterfeit bill as change.
Officers responded to an address on Monroe Avenue, in regards to a report of harassment. The reporting party stated they had received harassing text messages.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address n Powell Street.
Officers responded to the Green River Police Department lobby, in regards to a report of a larceny. The reporting party stated their computer was stolen. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.
Officers responded to an address on West 3rd North, regarding a welfare check.
Officers were dispatched to the area of Uinta Drive at East 2nd South, in reference to a report of a traffic hazard. Officers assisted a motorist having vehicle problems.
Officers responded to an address on New Mexico Street, in regards to a report of larceny. The reporting party stated items were missing from their residence. Officers completed a report regarding the incident.
Officers responded to an address on Cumorah Way, regarding property destruction. The reporting party stated their vehicle was damaged and nothing appeared missing. Officers completed a report about the incident.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Jensen Street, regarding a report of a cat in a trap.
Officers attempted to locate a vehicle described in a REDDI report. Officers located the vehicle parked and unoccupied in a parking lot.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Daniel Boone Drive, in reference to a welfare check. Officers assisted Wyoming Department of Family Services on a welfare check regarding living conditions in a home.
Animal Control Officers responded to the area of Midwest Drive, regarding a barking dog complaint.
Officers attempted to locate a vehicle described in a REDDI report on Uinta Drive.
Officers responded to an address on Uinta Drive, in regards to a report of spilled fuel. Green River Fire Department personnel responded to the area as well.
Officers responded to an address on East Teton Boulevard, in reference to a report of a juvenile problem. The reporting party stated they saw juveniles on the roof of the building.
Officers responded to the area of California Drive, in regards to a report of suspicious activity. The reporting party stated they heard an individual yelling somewhere in the area.
Officers responded to an address on Wyoming Drive, regarding a barking dog complaint. Officers posted a notice at the residence.
Officers attempted to locate a vehicle described in a REDDI report of Uinta Drive.
Officers responded to unsecured properties on Bramwell Street, Uinta Drive and Monroe Avenue. Officers checked the properties and reported everything was okay.

September 7, 2014:
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on Powell Street.
Officers responded to an address on Mansface Street, in reference to a medical alarm. Officers reported the alarm was accidental and a result of remodeling.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Montana Way, regarding a found dog. The dog was described as a German Shepard with a pink collar.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Midwest Drive, regarding a barking dog complaint. Animal Control Officers contacted a resident and addressed the complaint.
Animal Control Officers responded to the area of Hopi Circle, in regards to a report of a dog at large. Animal Control Officers contacted the owners who were looking for the dog. The dog was returned to its owner.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on North 7th West, in reference to a nuisance animal complaint.
Officers responded to Green River City Hall, in reference to an alarm. Upon arrival, Officers checked the building, reported everything was okay and the alarm was accidental.
Officers responded to an address on Uinta Drive, in reference to a citizen assist. The resident had questions regarding a trespass warning.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Ironwood Street, regarding a trapped cat.
Officers were dispatched to the area of Bridger Drive, in reference to a REDDI report. Officers located the vehicle and contacted the driver. The driver had not been drinking but a warning was issued for a traffic offense.
Officers were dispatched to the area of West Railroad Avenue, in reference to a vehicle collision. A driver reported taking their eyes of the road and their vehicle struck a parked and unoccupied vehicle. The driver was issued a citation for inattentive driving.
Officers responded to the area of Stratton Myer Park, in regards to a report of property destruction. Offices located a porta potty that had been knocked over and was damaged. Officer completed a report regarding the incident.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Schultz Street, in reference to a domestic dispute. Officers reported the involved parties had a verbal dispute.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Fir Street, in reference to a dispute. Anthony Tirado, age 23, was arrested for Unlawful Contact.
Officers responded to an address on Bridger Drive, in regards to a civil issue involving child custody.
Michael Williams, age 25, was arrested for Eluding a Peace Officer and per an active Sweetwater County Warrants for a Probation Violation on an original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance, and active Sweetwater County Warrants for , Unlawful Entry into an Occupied Structure, Criminal Entry, Domestic Battery, and Property Destruction.
Officers contacted a resident by telephone that had questions regarding an abandoned vehicle left on their property.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Wilkes Drive, in reference to a report of an assault. The reporting party stated they were assaulted by an unknown individual who left the area prior to Officers arrival. Officers completed a report regarding the incident and the incident is currently under investigation.
Officers responded to an address on East 2nd North, in reference to a report of suspicious activity. The reporting party saw an individual they did not recognize at a neighbors house.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on West Railroad Avenue.
Officers responded to an address on Bridger Drive, in regards to a report of harassment.
Officers responded to unsecured properties at addresses on Faith Drive, West Teton Boulevard, and Hitching Post Drive. Officers checked the properties, reported everything was okay and the properties were secured.
The following events were reported between 6:00 a.m. on September 7, 2014 and 6:00 a.m. on September 8, 2014:
Officers were dispatched to the area of New Hampshire Street, regarding a report of an injured deer.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Jensen Street, in regards to a report of a dog at large. The dog was described as a brown and white dog.
Officers were dispatched to an address on West Flaming Gorge Way, in reference to a report of a hit and run vehicle crash. The reporting party stated their vehicle had damage to the front passenger side by an unknown vehicle.
Officers responded to an address on Shoshone Avenue, in regards to a report of a suspicious activity. Officers completed a report about the incident.
Officers assisted Castle Rock Ambulance personnel at an address on Schultz Street.
Animal Control Officers responded to the area of Monroe Avenue and East Teton Boulevard, in reference to a report of two dogs at large. One dog was described as a tan, white and black hound and the other described as a black and white dog.
Officers responded to an address on North Center Street, in reference to a report of a burglary. The reporting party stated items were missing from the building. The case is currently under investigation.
Officers responded to the area of Montana Way, in reference to a traffic complaint. The reporting party stated a four wheeler was in the park.
Officers attempted to locate a vehicle described in a REDDI report on Uinta Drive.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Cumorah Way, in reference to a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with the reporting party who wanted a trespass warning issued to an individual for the property. The individual was located and given a trespass warning for the property.
Officers responded to an address on Vermont Court, in regards to a report of a disturbance.
Officers responded to an address on Cumorah Way, regarding a civil standby.
Officers responded to the area of Riverview Cemetery, in reference to a report of an individual hunting in city limits. Darrell Gilson, age 41, was issued a citation for Hunting in City Limits.
Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Uinta Drive and East 4th South, in reference to a two vehicle collision. One driver was issued a citation for a Stop Sign Violation.
Officers were dispatched to an address on West Flaming Gorge Way, in reference to a fire alarm. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with an individual who reported they over cooked an item causing the alarm to go off.
Officers responded to an address on West Flaming Gorge Way, in reference to an alarm. Officers contacted a responsible party for the address, checked the property and everything was reported to be okay.
Officers responded to an unsecured property on North 1st East. Officers checked the property and reported everything appeared okay.
Officers were dispatched to the area of East Railroad Avenue, in reference to a trespassing complaint on Union Pacific Railroad property. Upon arrival, Officers contacted Steven Gil, age 23, who was arrested for Public Intoxication.
