Gerri Lynn Fleck, age 41, of Green River was arrested on 7/7/10 at 21:23 hours on Uinta Drive for Driving While Intoxicated, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Cocaine. Fleck was involved in a traffic crash and left the scene. Fleck was located at Uinta Drive and Astle Ave and was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Fleck failed to perform sobriety maneuvers successfully and she was arrested. When the vehicle was inventoried marijuana and cocaine were located in the passenger compartment.

Barry Barton, age 51, of Green River was arrested on 7/7/10 at 13:46 hours on Commerce Way for Use of Methamphetamine. Officers were dispatched to Probation and Parole to witness a urinalysis for Barton. Barton’s urine tested positive for methamphetamine and he provided a written confession for smoking methamphetamine on 7/5/10 in Green River.

Officers investigated crashes at the Uinta Loaf and Jug parking lot, and on Uinta Drive.
A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Alaska Drive when Shelly Laws reported someone sprayed her daughter’s maroon Mitsubishi car with mustard while it was parked in her driveway. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers assisted Department of Family Services’ personnel on S 1st W with a welfare check. A Trespass warning was issued on Colorado Drive.
