Debin Punches, age 29, of Green River was arrested on 7/8/10 at 09:23 hours on Commerce Way on an Arrest and Hold Order from Probation and Parole. Punches was at the Probation and Parole office for an urinalysis test when officers were informed of the Arrest and Hold Order for probation violations on the original charges of Use of a Controlled Substance and Interference with a Police Officer.

Jerry Lucas, age 47, of Green River was arrested on 7/8/10 at 18:57 hours on E Flaming Gorge Way for Public Intoxication. Officers were dispatched to the Wild Horse Saloon regarding an intoxicated subject and trespassing. Officers spoke with the reporting party and then contacted Lucas on E Flaming Gorge Way. Lucas was determined to be intoxicated and was arrested. Lucas was also issued a Trespass warning to the Wild Horse Saloon.

Earl M Preston, age 53, of Green River was arrested on 7/8/10 at 15:28 hours on Shoshone Ave on an Arrest and Hold Order from Probation and Parole. The order was issued out of Pinedale on the original charge of Driving Under the Influence – Subsequent Offense.

Judy Gerstell, age 62, of Green River was arrested on 7/8/10 at 20:36 hours on S 5th W for Driving While Intoxicated and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Crash. Officers were dispatched to the Eagles parking lot on E Flaming Gorge Way regarding a Hit and Run crash. Officers were informed of a maroon Oldsmobile SUV had struck a car while at the parking lot and then left the scene. The suspect vehicle was located on S 5th W and the owner Gerstell, was questioned. Gerstell admitted to driving and subsequent investigation showed her to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.

Haylee J McGarvey, age 18 of Rock Springs and Scott D Verner, age 18 of Green River were cited for Malicious Mischief on 7/9/10 at midnight on Boulder Drive. Six other juveniles were also cited for Malicious Mischief and Curfew and they were released to their parents. All were cited in regards to egging of vehicles in the area of Evans St and Boulder Drive.

Officers investigated crashes on Wilderness Trail and at the Eagles’ parking lot. A verbal dispute was reported on Wilderness Trail. Officers assisted the Rock Springs PD with a report of a suspected Child Abuse.
