[ARCHIVED] Earth Day 2015

This free event is held to celebrate progress, hope, and innovation in an Earth conscious way. Visitors come to learn about environmental issues and solutions in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere of celebration. It is up to us to work together to build a more sustainable future.

The City invites you join this event by completing the enclosed registration form and returning it by April 8, 2016. There is no vendor fee. Vendors are strongly encouraged to offer products and services that are in keeping with the environmental spirit of Earth Day, including give-a-ways that are useful and can be recycled if discarded. All items should be eco-friendly, educational, or wellness related. Please help reduce your environmental impact by minimizing the number of printed material on hand and by collecting email addresses for future electronic (paperless) promotion.

Earth Day is the perfect time to show the community the ways in which your business invests in Wyoming’s economic future while still being stewards of the environment. Vendor tables can display items made from reused, recycled, upcycled, responsibly harvested, organic, plant related, or sustainable products used in Sweetwater County, Wyoming.
We will be inviting schools to come to the Earth Day Fair from 10am to 3pm, the event will be open to the public for the whole event 10am – 7pm.

If you have any questions, please call me directly at 307-872-0539 or send me an email to We look forward to seeing you at the 2016 Earth Day Fair.
