Thomas Duran, age 21, of Green River was arrested on 8/10/10 at 00:37 hours on Logan Street for Possession of Marijuana and Use of Marijuana. Officers stopped Duran and another individual as suspicious persons. The area they were stopped has recently been vandalized during the night. Further investigation showed Duran to be Under the Influence of Marijuana. A search incident to arrest showed Duran to be in Possession of Marijuana.
Kayla Jo Woods, age 25, of Green River was arrested on 8/9/10 at 18:46 hours on S 5th E for on a warrant for a Probation Violation on the original charge of Possession of Marijuana.
A Larceny report was taken on E Flaming Gorge Way when a white Chevrolet pickup truck pumped $52.22 in gas and drove off without paying. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
A 6year old child riding a scooter was nearly hit by a motor vehicle. The incident was investigated and a report of Child Endangering was taken and the Department of Family Services was notified.
A report of felony Property Destruction was investigated on Pleasant Way when an unknown person or persons vandalized several trucks with spray paint and flattening tires. The damages were estimated at over $1000. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
Verbal disputes were reported on E Teton Blvd and on S 5th E. An abandoned vehicle was towed from Wilkes Drive. A Cruelty to Animals report was investigated on E Teton Blvd.
