David L Powell, age 27, of Green River was arrested on 8/12/10 at 02:55 hours on Uinta drive for No Valid Registration and No Insurance. Powell was stopped for not using his headlights when required. Powell did not have proof of insurance and a records check showed Powell to be suspended out of Utah.
Accidental damage was reported on Uinta Drive when a 300 gallon dumpster was blown into a car causing an estimated $1000 in damages.
