Jose Enrique Alatorre, age 25, of Green River was arrested on 8/20/10 at 22:00 hours on W Teton Blvd for Domestic Battery and False Imprisonment. Officers responded to a report of Domestic Battery. The female half advised her husband had beaten her and kept her against her will at their home. The information was acquired through an interpreter as the victim did not speak English. Guevara was arrested at the scene and transported to Sweetwater County jail without incident.

Dusty K Gibson, age 37, of Lyman Wyoming was arrested on 8/21/10 at 22:21 hours on E Flaming Gorge Way on a warrant out of Uinta County for Larceny by Bailee. Officers were informed of a stolen vehicle out of Uinta County and an active warrant for Gibson. The vehicle and Gibson were located on E Flaming Gorge Way and Gibson was taken into custody.

Christy Clark, age 28, of Green River was arrested on 8/21/10 at 13:00 hours on E 2nd N on a warrant out of Circuit Court for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Driving While Suspended.

A 16 year old male was arrested on a warrant out of Municipal Court for Contempt of Court for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Curfew. The juvenile was released to his guardian after bond was posted.

Jeffrey B Martinez, age 48 of Green River was arrested on 8/21/10 at 15:24 hours on Monroe Ave for Public Intoxication.

Thomas A Martin, age 52, of Rock Springs was arrested on 8/22/10 at 00:17 hours on E Flaming Gorge Way for Driving While Intoxicated. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the motorcycle Martin was driving for no tail lights. Further investigation showed Martin to be intoxicated.

Officers investigated crashes at the Yager’s Auto Body parking lot, at the Ace Hardware parking lot and at the Uinta Loaf and Jug parking lot.

A report of Domestic Battery was investigated on Uinta Drive. Reports were forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review. A report of Unlawful Contact and Threats was investigated on W Teton Blvd. A Disturbing the Peace warning was issued on Monroe Ave. A Vicious Animal report was investigated on W 4th S. A license plate belonging to Daren Martin was found on Anvil Street.
