Jeffrey T Pavey, age 48, no known address, was arrested on 9/19/10 at 17:40 hours on E Railroad Ave for Larceny and Trespass. Officers were dispatched to Union Pacific depot regarding a transient riding on a railroad car. The individual was questioned and further investigation showed Pavey to be in possession of Union Pacific Railroad property.

Patricia A Smith, age 22, of Green River was arrested on 9/18/10 at 21:53 hours on Commerce Way on an Arrest and Hold Order from Probation and Parole.

Andrew P Grubb, age 28, of Green River was arrested on 9/17/10 at 16:25 hours on Shoshone Ave for Driving While Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. Grubb was stopped for a lane use violation and subsequent investigation showed Grubb to be under the influence of Marijuana.

Derrick Lee Gonzalez, age 26, of Rock Springs was cited for Urinating in Public on 9/18/10 at 01:16 hours on N Center Street. Gonzalez was later stopped at 01:57 hours for a traffic violation and it was determined Gonzalez was too intoxicated to drive. Gonzalez was arrested to DWUI and transported to the County jail. \

James W Carroll, age 49, of Green River was cited for Driving While Suspended on 9/18/10 at 00:40 hours on E 2nd S.

A 17 year old male was arrested on 9/19/10 at 20:56 hours on E Flaming Gorge Way for Felony Possession Methamphetamine and Possession of Marijuana. The passenger in his vehicle, a 15 year old juvenile was arrested for being a reported Runaway and turned over to her parents.

David Carrillo, age 18 of Green River was cited for Underage Consumption of Alcohol on 9/19/10 at 01:24 hours on Monroe Ave. A 15 and a 17 year old male were also cited for Underage Consumption at that time. A car driven by a 16 year old was stopped for a Curfew violation. Further investigation showed Carrillo and the two juveniles to be under the influence of alcohol. Carrillo was cited and released the two other juveniles were cited and turned over to their parents.

Officers investigated crashes on Wilson Street, at the Red Feather parking lot and at 520 Wilkes Drive. A report of Credit Card Fraud was investigated on New Mexico Street. Trespass warnings were issued on W 3rd N and on Uinta Drive. A verbal dispute was reported on Uinta Drive. A bicycle was found on W Teton Blvd.
