Officers were dispatched to areas of Monroe and Uinta and S.5 E. and E. 4 S. to investigate reports of intoxicated drivers. The vehicles reported in these incidents were not located in the areas when officers arrived.
Officers were dispatched to an accident at E. 4 S. and S. 5 E. Christopher Leckie, 32 of Green River reported he dropped his cell phone and when he reached down to pick it up, he struck a parked car. During the investigation it was learned Leckie had an outstanding arrest warrant from Campbell County Wyoming. Leckie was taken into custody and booked into jail at the Sweetwater County Detention Center.
Officers investigated a crash on the 1600 block of E. Teton. The driver was using a rear facing camera to back out the drive way and when the driver collided with two different parked cars. The driver was cited into Green River Municipal Court for Improper Backing.
