Eric Alanso Trevio-Santillian, age 19, of Green River was cited for Underage Consumption and No Drivers License on 10/16/10 at 01:14 hours on Astle Ave. Santillian was stopped for a illegal turn and further investigation showed he had no valid drivers’ license and was under the influence of alcohol.

Terry Travis, age 23, of Rock Springs was arrested on 10/15/10 at 15:03 hours on Commerce Way for Use of Marijuana. Officers were called to Probation and Parole to witness a urine sample. Travis’ urine tested positive for marijuana and he confessed to using marijuana.

A Larceny report was taken on S 5th W on 10/17/10 when Brad Osterling reported Halloween decorations taken from the lawn of his residence. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

An 11 year old male reported his black and white Haro bicycle stolen from the area of McDonald’s on 10/15/10. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

Officers responded to a report of Domestic Battery on Buckboard Lane and further investigation found one of the complainants to be in possession of marijuana. A report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.

A Threats report was taken on Bridger Drive. A Vicious Animal report was investigated on Schultz Street. Verbal disputes were reported on Bridger Drive, on Astle Ave and on Madison Ave. Accidental damage was reported on Uinta Drive
