Tosten C Flaten, age 23, of Green River, was arrested on 10/20/10 at 16:00 hours on Commerce Way for Use of Marijuana. Officers responded to Probation and Parole to witness a urine test. Flaten tested positive for marijuana, he admitted to using and was arrested and transported to County jail.

A 13 year old female and a 14 year old female were cited for Underage Consumption of Alcohol on Monroe Ave.

A report of Domestic Battery was investigated 10/21/10 at 00:34 hours on Cumorah Way. A report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office e for review.

A Burglary report was investigated on 10/20/10 at 17:20 hours E 2nd N when a storage shed was broken into and approximately $590 in property was taken. The theft occurred between 10/06/10 and 10/20/10. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

A report of Criminal Entry was investigated on Mississippi Street on 10/19/10 when an unknown person entered a parked car. No items were reported missing. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.

A Larceny report was investigated on Uinta Drive when a male pumped 12 gallons of gas and left without paying $32.15.
