Patrick E Mahaney, age 42, of Green River was arrested on 10/22/10 at 16:58 hours on Bridger Drive for Driving While Suspended. Officers were aware of Mahaney and his driver’s record from previous contacts. Mahaney was stopped and dispatched confirmed his driver’s license to be suspended out of Utah.
A report of Aggravated Assault and Battery was investigated on W Railroad Ave. Officers were dispatched to the Embassy bar regarding a subject who had just walked in who had a bloody face. Upon arrival officers learned the subject had been the victim of an assault that occurred at the Brewery Bar. Officers also learned there was a second victim who was also assaulted by four men in their early twenties while at the Brewery. Anyone with information please contact the GRPD at 872-0555.
A 17 year old female was cited for Possession of Tobacco on 10/23/10 at 19:31 hours on E Teton Blvd.
A report of Domestic Battery was investigated on Bridger Drive. Officers were dispatched to 1400 Bridger Drive and the victim advised she was assaulted by her live in boyfriend. Officers reported there were no visible signs of a battery. A report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.
A report of Domestic Battery was investigated on Monroe Ave when a male checked into the emergency room at Memorial Hospital with a broken hand. Further investigation showed the male had broken his hand after punching the walls in his apartment. A statement was taken from his live in girlfriend regarding the incident. A report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.
A Hit and Run crash was investigated on Uinta Drive when a beige Pontiac failed to yield at stop sign and was struck by a Pontiac Vibe Driven by Kevin Elkin. Elkin advised a male and female exited the beige Pontiac and got into silver SUV and left the scene. Officers later learned registered owner of the beige Pontiac had reported the vehicle stolen to the Rock Springs PD. Anyone with information regarding this crash please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
