Erica L Casper, age 23, of Green River was arrested on 10/31/10 at 23:27 hours on E Flaming Gorge Way for Driving While Intoxicated. Casper was stopped for a Stoplight violation and subsequent investigation showed her to be intoxicated.
Sheralee L Seitz, age 21, of Madison Wisconsin, was arrested on 10/31/10 at 19:48 hours on S 5th E for Domestic Battery and Possession of Marijuana. Seitz was contacted in regards domestic battery between herself and her twin sister. Due to the fact her sister sustained physical injuries, Seitz was arrested. During the book in process Seitz was found to be in possession of marijuana.
Rusty G Taylor, age 21, of Green River, was arrested on 10/29/10 at 17:49 hours on Monroe Ave, on a warrant out of Andrews Texas for Felony Child Abuse.
Travis R Esquibel, age 29, of Green River was arrested on 10/29/10 at 09:26 hours on Uinta Drive for Altered Registration, No Insurance and Driving While Suspended. Officers stopped Esquibel for Driving While Suspended; officers had knowledge from previous contacts that Esquibel’s driving privileges were suspended. A Driver’s license check confirmed the suspensions.
Unlawful Use of Credit Card reports were taken on E Teton Blvd and also on Illinois Court.
On 10/30/10 at 00:45 hours a report of Domestic Battery was investigated on Arkansas Street. A report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.
A Burglary report was investigated on Barnhart Street on 10/31/10 at 12:29 hours.
A Larceny report was taken on W Railroad Street when a stop sign was taken off the pole it was secured to on W Railroad Street. Anyone with information please contact the GRPD at 872-0555.
A report of Larceny was investigated on Uinta Drive when the driver of a pickup truck fueled his vehicle with $45.01 and left without paying the driver was identified and a report was forwarded to the County Attorney for review.
A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Jensen Street. Officers investigated traffic crashes on Hackberry Street, on N 4th W, on Wilson Street and at the Pizza Hut parking lot. A Trespass warning was issued on Cumorah Way.
