Larry V Silva, age 57, of Green River was arrested on 4/11/10 at 13:23 hours on Mountain Fuel Station for Domestic Battery.

Kimberly A Smith, age 28, of Green River was arrested on 4/11/10 at 01:47 hours on E Railroad Street for Public Intoxication.

Heather R Hetrick, age 23, of Casper Wyoming was arrested on 4/10/10 at 09:47 hours on Lincoln Circle for Hit and Run Property Damage and Interference with a Police Officer. Further investigation revealed Hetrick was in Possession of Marijuana and had outstanding warrants out of Natrona County for Failure to Appear on the original charge Possession of Methamphetamine and a warrant out of Laramie County for Failure to Appear for Delivery of Methamphetamine.

Officers investigated a crash on E Flaming Gorge Way when a truck driven by Humberto Frores, pulling a trailer struck a parked truck owned by Jeff Hock. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each.

A report of Grand Larceny was taken on W 2nd N when a flatbed trailer was taken without the owner’s permission. A Larceny was reported on Wilderness Trail when a gas can and a motorcycle helmet was taken from the back of the owner’s truck. A Child Endangering report was taken on Birch Street. Trespass warnings were issued on E Railroad Street and on Alaska Drive. Suspicious Circumstances were reported on Bramwell Street.
