Ona D Cochran, age 69, of Green River was arrested on 11/13/10 at 15:42 hours on E Flaming Gorge Way for Driving While Intoxicated. Officers initiated a traffic stop on a silver pickup truck for s stop light violation. Further investigation showed the driver to be intoxicated.

Cory J Allgier, age 47, of Green River was arrested on 11/13/10 at 11:46 hours on E Railroad Street on a warrant out of District Court. Officers were aware of an active warrant for Allgier and made contact with him at the Embassy Bar. Allgier was informed of the warrant for Failure to Appear and he was escorted out of the bar and arrested.

Donny Finnegan, age 20, of Green River was arrested on 11/13/10 at 01:17 hours on Uinta Drive for Public Intoxication. Officers were dispatched to a disturbance at the area of the Rock Mountain Car Wash. Officers made contact with Finnegan and after subsequent investigation it was determine Finnegan was intoxicated and he was arrested.

Heather Lawrence, age 23, of Green River was arrested on 11/12/10 at 20:00 hours on Uinta Drive for Driving While Intoxicated. Officers were dispatched to a traffic crash at McDonald’s restaurant. Subsequent investigation showed the driver, Baldwin, was intoxicated.

Athes M Baldwin, age 46, of Superior Wyoming, was arrested on 11/12/10 at 14:28 hours on W Flaming Gorge Way for Driving While Intoxicated. Baldwin was stopped for a Child Restraint violation. Further investigation showed Baldwin to be intoxicated.

Robert M Cary, age 54, of Green River was arrested on 11/12/10 at 11:04 hours at Bridger Coal for Aggravated Domestic Battery. Officers responded to a report of a domestic battery on E Teton Blvd. Subsequent investigation revealed that Cary had pointed a firearm at his significant other while at their residence. Cary was located at his place of employment and arrested.

Anthony J Torres, age 25, of Green River was cited on 11/12/10 at 15:20 hours for Animal at Large, No Animal License when Required and Vicious Animal.

A report of an Aggravated Battery was investigated on E Flaming Gorge Way on 11/12/10 at 09:38 hours. The victim advised he was attacked while at work by two men. The victim stated he was chocked to unconsciousness and received a wound to the back of his from the fall to the ground. The suspects were also interviewed and a report was sent to the County Attorney’s office for review.

Officers investigated traffic crashes at the McDonald’s parking lot, at the Pamida Store parking lot and on Highway 374 at W Flaming Gorge Way.


Officers assisted the Department of Family Services personnel with a welfare check on W 4th N.
A Malicious Mischief report was investigated at 375 Trail Drive when the owner reported an unknown person damaged the bottom of a fence picket allowing her small dog to get out of her yard. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555. Suspicious Circumstances were reported on Elk Mountain Circle.
