Press Release 12/06/10
Eric R Adkins, age 35, of Topeka Kansas, was arrested on 12/5/10 at 02:00 hours on E 2nd N for Driving While Intoxicated. Adkins was stopped for a Stop Light violation and subsequent investigation showed him to be intoxicated.
Logan E Evans, age 21, of Green River was arrested on 12/4/10 at 21:40 hours on W Flaming Gorge Way for Driving While Intoxicated. Evans was stopped for a Lane violation and further information showed Evans to be intoxicated.
Louis Burke, age 22, of Green River was arrested on 12/4/10 at 04:37 hours on W Railroad Street for Driving While Intoxicated. Burke was stopped for a Lane Use violation and subsequent investigation showed him to be intoxicated.
Ryan D Bicenti, age 25, of Green River was arrested on 12/4/10 at 03:33 hours on E Railroad Ave for Driving While Intoxicated. Officers investigated a report of a Hit and Run crash and Bicenti was found to have left the scene of a property damage crash and was also intoxicated at the time of the crash.
Mary M Flores, age 24, of Green River was cited for Driving While Suspended on 12/5/10 at 01:27 hours on Hitching Post Drive. Flores was stopped for a Stop Sign violation and further investigation showed her driver’s license was suspended.
Miguel Nunez, age 35 of Green River was cited for Disturbing the Peace on 12/4/10 at 23:31 hours on Schultz Street.
A 15 year old female was cited for Use of Tobacco on 12/2/10 at 09:30 hours on Monroe Street.
Larceny reports were investigated on Monroe Ave, on Schultz Street, and on Crossbow Drive. Traffic crashes were investigated on N 5th W and also at the Block Buster parking lot. A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Uinta Drive. A Harassment report was taken on E 2nd N. A Threats report was investigated on Monroe Ave.
