Jeary D Cole, age 40, of Green River was arrested on 12/22/10 at 00:36 hours on W Railroad Ave on a warrant out of Circuit Court for Failure to Pay Fines. Cole was interviewed a being a suspicious person and a warrants check showed an active warrant for his arrest.
Thera Siler, age 31, of Green River was arrested on 12/21/10 at 23:19 hours on Bramwell Street for Public Intoxication and Disturbing the Peace. Officers were dispatched to a prowler call on Bramwell Street. Subsequent investigation showed Siler was banging on the reporting party’s window causing a disturbance and she was intoxicated.
