Robert A Bingham, age 44, of Green River was arrested on 3/28/11 at 08:07 hours on E 3rd S. Officers assisted a Sweetwater County Deputy with the service of Civil Papers on Bingham and it was learned there was also an active arrest warrant for him. Bingham was served the papers, arrested and transported to jail without incident.
A Malicious Mischief report was investigated on Hitching Post Drive when a vehicle was struck by eggs. The owner of the vehicle was out of town when the original report was taken and she was contacted on 3/28/11. No suspects have been developed at this time. Anyone with information please contact the GRPD at 872-0555.
An Animal at Large report was taken on Clark Street at Astle Ave when a Chihuahua dog was loose at that location. The owner could not be contacted at this time and a report was forwarded to the City Attorney for review.
A LG cell phone was found at the intersection of Bramwell Street and Jensen Street and was turned in to the PD.
A bicycle was found on Wilkes Drive and was turned in to the PD.
